My experience with King Wheels and tires on south Buckner was extremely disappointing. I took my vehicle in for a lift kit installation Mcguaghys 9in lift , and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. Not only did the job take twice as long as promised, but the lift kit was also installed incorrectly, leading to serious alignment issue.After mentioning several problems with lift Pratt advised me to come in at 8am”I live 2.5 hrs away” well I showed up and nobody in sight.After calling Pratt several times he answered and stated all the employees had quit and he would come in to fix the issues.So I waited at shop until 12 for Pratt to come in and fix.A week later after other issues from squeaking Mcgaughys Lift.Pratt informed me that all employees had quit, including himself. Surprisingly, the business was active on Instagram even though my calls went unanswered for five consecutive days and counting.I was charged extra for the true 9in lift and the truck isn’t even front and back and makes horrible squeaking.If you plan on spending your hard earned money on a 3800$ lift kit and 1600$on venom mud tires please go somewhere else.Not to mention none of the shops claim to be responsible or are willing to fix the issue without you paying them to fix it.They will make up excuses claiming they aren’t really one big business but different small ones from different owners so they can’t fix the mistakes.I have all call logs from un answered calls and all messages from Pratt.I strongly advise against trusting this place for quality and dependable service I will entrust this business with my vehicle again and if you’re reading this I advice you go somewhere else and save those headaches.

Love Pratt, met him on fb I’m from Tennessee I went to Texas for a family trip he did a 6inch lift got her done the next day. Went to Texas again for a quick trip and he lifted her up 3 more inches had some problems but Pratt was quick to fix them he took care of my truck like if it was his own Pratt and the team here are awesome

Pratt and his team are the best. They were able to install a 6” lift and new wheels/tires in a day, even with a 2 hour rain delay. They were flexible with timing and knew exactly what I was looking for. Keep in mind, this was also done on a 35 year old truck. I cannot recommend them enough!

Terrible serviceOh, they screwed up one of my rims and will not compensate for their damages. They caused. And I have had several issues with this place and I don’t recommend shopping here.

Great job and great customer service. Pulled up to the shop in distress because my brakes started making noises. John was able to help me out and diagnose my problem. Left the shop within 30 minutes and will get my repeat business.

These guys are the best and keep their word. Very professional! I was helped by Pratt and he was fast and efficient! I couldn’t stop smiling after seeing my lifted truck! Best place with competitive prices! Definitely recommend checking them out. !!!
