I went today to deliver a package, and the man who attended me was extremely rude. He refused to accept my package and wouldn't explain the reasons. He behaved in a racist, xenophobic, and disrespectful manner.

I would suggest not trying to support a small business such as this. If you want to be grossly overcharged for shipping and ignored if you want to drop off a package to not spend money, then go here. I questioned the price for an overnight package and was told it's because gas was so expensive. It wasn't delivered overnight and I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, called back, put on hold again. The owner is flat out rude and not trustworthy when questions are asked about prices on shipping. You cannot drop off a package and get a receipt, you have to take a photo of it on the counter and assume it will go out. If you have a QR code, good luck. They "don't have a scanner". Incredibly rude owner. I feel bad for the gentleman that works there with him.

It’s a shame that little places can’t compete with corporate locations. I try to use small businesses but when service is sub par, I take my business to a professional operation with proper staffing and better facilities. I get that finding people is tough and you have to take whoever these days but a little supervision may help this business out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to ask about notary service. Drew was so incredibly rude. He even hung up on me when I asked for managers information. I called back spoke with Kimberly. She was extremely nice. She answered all my questions. I will contact the corporate office to complain. I will also give Kimberly a rave review for her help. That is how extremely rude Drew was. How are you going to stay in business treating people this way?
