Incredible customer service by Zoie and another gentleman whose name I wish I could remember. If you’re looking for Nuna strollers and car seats, save your time and do NOT go to Nordstrom. We came in to PB kids for nursery gliders and ended up with a full demo on strollers—it was so helpful. Wonderful staff.

Thank you Lexi! After a less than ideal (or frankly subpar experience) at Nordstrom’s (to be fair, it is a busy shopping weekend), we just had a great experience with Lexi at this Pottery Barn Kids location. She jumped in right away to help answer our questions and show us the differences between different strollers and car seats. She even helped us just finalize things and make a purchase so we could look forward to the rest of our decisions with the baby registry. Thanks again Lexi and Pottery Barn Kids!

Liz made our experience at PBkids! She’s an expert and a great communicator. You can tell she’s passionate about helping clients because of her kindness and transparency. She helped us in store and on the phone without adding pressure to purchase. We ended up placing a large order that we feel completely confident about. Definitely recommend asking for her if you stop in or requesting an appointment.

We had such a great first time experience at Pottery Barn Kids!
Lexi was super knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She walked us through ordering our crib and dresser, and even helped us decide on the perfect chair for the nursery. She made the whole process feel easy—we’re so glad we had her help!

Nice selection of nursery items to browse through! Cindy was so helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for which was a nursery chair. I didn't meet Zoe but she did reach out to me prior via text when I ordered swatches from the website. Seems like a great team of people who just want to help make your decision a little easier!

We had an excellent experience here!! We are first time parents and don't know much about all the products. We went to test our nursing chairs but left with way more knowledge on so many other things!! This was all thanks to Rod who helped answer all of our questions. He was so knowledgeable and a true product specialist. He walked us through everything and we were able to leave with our full nursery furniture!! Shopping in person will always be far more valuable than just shopping online. Truly thankful for all our retail workers ❤️

The Assistant Manager of the Pottery Barn Kids in uptown is phenomenal. He has attention to detail and is great with multi tasking between customers. We came in during a peak time on a Sunday and he was able to be helpful and also give us space to make decisions. John will definitely be our go to in the future as we prepare our home and cars for our first baby to come in the next few months. Thanks John!!

I beg of you, don’t shop here. Two issues: they will look at the computer and tell you delivery dates in the store. You get home and those dates change and change. Scheduled to arrive months after the baby is born. Want a refund? Too bad! They force a “dock return” which means they keep your money until it arrives….which is theoretically never. (2) the quality is garbage. The rug they shipped looked like it had been chewed on by rats. I am dozens of phone calls in, the employee who sold be the furniture quit, no money, and no furniture. Google it. Check Reddit. They should be ashamed.
