This place is great! Everyone here goes above and beyond for the little ones. It's like the extended family I never had. I know I can leave my son here without worry.

My baby is 1yr and 6m was going to this daycare and I wonder why she was afraid of her teacher Mrs Walker , today I picked her up early and walked to the class to get her and watched as she just snatched her up aggressively. I asked her why she snatched her up like that and why she was being mean to my daughter and she said she's crying because she don't know me. I told her I just watched you snatch her up... I had quickly grabbed my daughter from her as I asked her these questions. I don't know if anyone has encountered a similar situation with this teacher or school/ daycare but my daughter is never going back. My daughters safety is my top priority n I will not turn my head and act like it didn't happen

My baby used to go here, they would spray Lysol in the room while babies were in their crib now my kid has asthma. Caught a ‘teacher’ neglecting my baby, he was crying on the floor hunched under as he slipped down a nursing pillow, while she was busy cleaning. Just glad he was only there a few months.

We had a great experience at PKA! Miss Tammy runs a CLEAN house, which is great knowing that your littles are crawling around everywhere. The value is excellent, which is why I’ve given it five stars even though the center is not as bougie as some are these days. You can also see that they are continually investing money back into the school. My only upgrade might be the food - I’d love to see some more veggies on their plates and fewer sugary options. Overall great experience! It’s a hidden gem.

I debated whether or not to write this review, but ultimately, I decided to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I did with this childcare facility. My child attended this daycare for just over three months before I finally withdrew them.First and foremost, the professionalism of the "directors" is non-existent. The way they communicate with parents is entirely unprofessional, particularly Tamara and her sister Tara. They could greatly benefit from etiquette classes. My child was in the infant 2 class, not even 18 months old, and I felt they called me for every minor issue, forcing me to leave work repeatedly. When I arrived at the daycare, there was often nothing wrong with my child. This constant disruption put my job at risk, and Tamara's only explanation was that the teacher in that class was "old school."Dropping off my child each morning filled me with guilt because it was clear he didn’t like it there. The atmosphere was toxic and negative, and I know my child sensed that energy. Despite my attempts to remain hopeful, things never improved. Tamara's tactics and attitude, combined with Tara's sarcastic comments about my child, were incredibly frustrating. The only positive aspect of this center was the teacher Jessica. She was amazing with the kids, and my baby adored her. She deserves a better work environment, and I hope she finds one soon.

It's been several years since my kids attended this daycare, but when they were there they loved it. They were there when Miss Tara was still running it out of her home and then transitioned into the facility that she is in now. She was always very nice and always showed genuine care and concern for the children.

This is by far an outstanding daycare owner Tara and administrator Tamara are very helpful with registration. My 2 yr old son's teacher Ms. Lisa has been very patient and understanding with my child. All the staff is very friendly, and would highly recommend this daycare to all parents looking for child care in this area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

surprised they're still up and running. my son, CJ, went here years ago when it was a in the owner's mother's house and still has flashback memories of how they mistreated him. removing him was the best thing for him. swear this kid, to this day, still references the times he had while there at almost 13 yrs old, really sad i feel horrible knowing i took him there

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was 6 months old. The staff, especially the directors, are so responsive. The teachers are so compassionate and strive to ensure the children learn. They are also culturally sensitive. They celebrate all cultures and provide education to the children to promote cultural diversity. Precious Kargo Academy is by far the best daycare in the DFW. This daycare has also become family. Please, if you are looking to for a daycare for your child, look no further, PKA is the one!!!

My kids have been going here for 4yrs and I won’t take them anywhere else. My now 6yr old who was 2 at the time when he first started, is advanced in his class because of the teachers here. He was writing his name and was bringing home homework everyday. My daughter was well prepared for pre-K 4 this school year because they took the time to actually teach and not babysit. It’s more like a family here than just a regular daycare. If you enroll your kids here you won’t regret it!!
