I had some problems at first, with the executive who opened my account. From what I understand she no longer works there. At first I wasn't happy, I must say that. But now I'm with the credit union more than 2 years I do like it. The customer service is very good. And now over two years later I am a happy member. I do wish the would step-ups there debit and credit cards, but that's all really everything is grate otherwise.

I just completed a car buying experience with Carvana with the outstanding assistance of Mary Lopes at Prestige. Mary adeptly led us through the whole process from Point A to Point Z. It can be very tricky and time-consuming, not to mention, frustrating, to work with an All Online Car Deal Buying Process. Mary was always there to answer all my questions, explain what was happening and what was, or should, happen next. She even stepped up, and this is my favorite part, and offered to call the Carvana 1-800 number to straighten them out on next steps/expectations. Mary Lopes is Queen of Loan Processing, no doubt in my mind. 5 Stars All The Way!!

Ronnie, has really been my first contact that has reached out me personally for the length of time that I’ve been banking at Prestige Community Credit Union, considering my circumstances. Debit and Credit Cards are the worst here. I lost my wallet with both cards and they want to charge for a new debit card. I don’t understand why when the debit card doesn’t even have a chip. It’s just cheap plastic with the numbers printed on it. For my credit card they canceled it and said they were going to ship me a new one. After noticing my automatic payment I have on my card were not being paid I called the branch and the guy informed me it takes 14 business days to receive the new card. That is ridiculous!! If I would have known that I would not agreed to cancel my credit card. I would give zero stars if I could. They don’t want to help you life successfully as there slogan says.

Have had nothing but great experiences with Prestige, even when there is technical issues they are very prompt to help.Shout-out to Ronnie who helped me with a revolving line of credit issue, excellent customer service and help in general, Ronnie gets a raise!! And I look forward to using this branch in the future.

Prestige Credit Union and its predecessor, SECU, Have taken care of me since the 1970s. This is a wonderful organization. Jason Martinez was prompt, efficient and expedited my loan needs and looked after every detail.

I originally had an issue with my auto loan but Fhonda Montgomery - VP of Lending, helped us resolve our issue. She is fantastic to work with and was very understanding. Issue fixed and we are very happy with Prestige for taking the time to respond and quickly address our concerns. Thank You Fhonda.

Doesn’t do joint co signers unless married. That’s a bad look when other credit unions do it for immediate family members. If I could give an 0 star I could. Take the option off your website or specify that you only do joint applications for married people

Applied for a loan for a Tesla. They say they don’t do Teslas unless they’re used from dealerships. Now I have a hard pull for no reason.Maybe have this pop up when you select tesla on the application? Or otherwise intervene?Proceeding with another bank.Plus side, at this location tellers are very good at their job. Never had any issue when doing normal bank stuff.

Ronnie was really, really helpful in resolving my bill pay issues. Not only did he provide me with the answer I needed to set it up properly, he did so after taking the time to look into my request and figuring out that I was asking the wrong question. I was stressed out about this for days and the previous customer rep just answered my exact question without helping me resolve the underlying issue. I appreciate Ronnie and he is the reason I did not move my banking business to a different institution because of a misunderstanding.

The call center rep, Chandie, was extremely helpful. She took the time to walk me though resolution of several issues. It is gratifying to actually have someone here that is knowledgeable and caring.

Chandie was assisting me with buying a CD in the past.I called her again to help me with ext. tsf that hasn't shown up in the other financial institution. She assured me that it will be taking care of if it still not showing up by Monday.

Ronnie is AMAZING! Anytime I've needed help, he has been there. I would almost think he's the only employee because he has literally been my advocate from the time I applied to now. Every single inquiry or issue I've had, he has been there to help. One thing I can count on is Ronnie's great customer service skills and willingness to help. Thank you, Ronnie!
