Accused one of my household staff of “stealing” when adding to a household account. Older woman with a thick eastern accent and heavily overweight screamed at her in the store and tried to imitate her by “calling the cops”. Get a life. Will never be coming to this “store” again and hopefully this goes out of business soon

I’m surprised at some of the reviews on here. I’ve had nothing but great customer care here. I’m a healthcare professional and this is the only place I would ever consider getting a prescription filled. They employ actúal pharmacists who are right there, visible and available for questions. They ensure the highest level of care possible. Most pharmacies are run by techs who have little to no training, but Preston Road Pharmacy holds a much higher standard. If you care about your health and that of your family, you won’t have a prescription filled anywhere else. Blake is one of the employees that I interact with and he is SO helpful. He and the other staff have worked diligently to make sure I get the best savings and get any prescriptions I might need quickly.

I am exceedingly frustrated with the service I received here. I have a new prescription for a child that is in short supply. I called in advance to make sure the prescription was in stock and able to be filled. The pharmacist I spoke to told me that the medication was in stock and available, and gave me specific instructions for a variety of steps needed to have it transferred. After jumping through all the hoops I was asked to, I was informed that they will not fill the prescription, that they have in stock, because I have not been a patient recently enough.

Will not be coming back here. Came for my daughters prescription three times and it was never ready, 4 days from when prescribed. When it was ready, I still had to wait 30 minutes for them to bag it. Might as well go to CVS next door.

Customer service has gone downhill. The only reason I was coming here was because of the friendly service. I now get better service picking up my dog meds at the CVS

I have been coming here for years and have even had family members work here. I don’t know what has happened, but this place has become the worst pharmacy in Dallas. The ladies who answer the phones are rude to me and my family members who call them. Every time my doctor sends my monthly prescriptions here, y’all claim to not receive it and then say y’all will call, but you never do because I have talked to my doctors office about it. No integrity and no respect for your customer’s well being. After I pick up this prescription, I will find a new place because anything is better than being disrespected and lied to.
