This is a very professional and helpful vet clinic. They’ve been taking care of my dog for at least 4 years and I trust them.

Been coming here a little over a year and highly recommend! The stay is beyond genuinely friendly and flexible in scheduling for my accommodation. Always informative with necessary care and our sweet Rosie honestly loves them!

Dr. Font is INCREDIBLE! Took in my rescue kitten and he (and his nurse who I cannot remember her name) were almost overly-communicative of everything that was going on. I have a healthy kitty and as someone who struggles with anxiety at offices- this place was perfect. Absolutely going back for any and all vet related things.

We really like this clinic. We have two dogs that we bring here and the experience is always good. Our older dog has had a few minor health issues that Dr. Collins has provided great treatment for. Friendly staff and easy to schedule appointments. I also appreciate that they tell me ahead of time what the pricing is for any tests or labs that need to be done.

I have been taking my cats here for almost a year. They have always been super responsive to emails requesting an appointment and stuck to appointment times. It's a really cute place and I trust them with my cats

I really cannot recommend this clinic enough. During COVID my senior dog had a tumor that began bleeding and wouldn't stop on his paw. My vet at the time couldn't get us in for 5 days and even then we'd just have to sit in the lobby and hope for a cancelation. Fast forward- they were able to see me within an hour. We arrived and they were very friendly and worked quickly to get me answers. Turned out he did have cancer and hypothyroidism. Since his diagnosis he goes to medvet for his specialty visits and we continue to come to prestonwood for wellness visits. The staff is amazing and the clinic is extremely clean. This is a pretty far drive from where I live but 100% worth it.

BEST VET EVER! I took my 13-year-old cat to Prestonwood Pet Clinic for the first time a couple of months ago for her first check up since COVID reared its ugly head. I formerly used another vet who I thought was good - and she was. But I immediately fell in love with Dr. Collins at Prestonwood. Her enthusiasm and thoroughness blew me away. It's contagious! She educated me and gave me tools to help me better care for my senior ("slightly overweight") cat. And the staff? They are amazing and treated my kitty with love and compassion, clearly understanding that vet visits can be traumatic for animals. They are friendly yet professional. BEST VET EVER!

I have been taking my dog here for 10+ since I’ve had her. These people are very rude and expensive. They just want your money and are quickly to rush you out of the room after seeing your dogo for 10 min when I still have questions it’s $80 visit and cannot answer my questions after the exam? The people in the front do not care to busy playing candy crush. No sympathy if your dog is getting old no good things just always bad. There quick to tell you that and not give any light to the situation I’m glad to say I found someone who finds my dog extraordinary for her age and actually gives good news. It’s not about my dog but yet the service and what they say and don’t say.

I have been bringing my dog here for over 10 years. We typically spend about $1000 - $2000 per year on everything from appointments to cleanings to heart guard, etc. Over the past two days she has been throwing up multiple times a day. I called the clinic to get her in for a dr to see her but they will not see her until Friday. The receptionist, as has become typical over the last 1.5 years, was very rude and was sure to let me know she would have a manager call be back in over a week, since he is on vacation and there are no other decision makers available to help. They do not value committed and long term clients here - neither the people or the animal. They only want your money for the high revenue products of exams, medication, and cleanings but will let your dog (and their patient of over a decade) suffer of dehydration unless it fits their schedule perfectly. The only recommendation given is take the animal to an emergency care clinic. What is the point of using the same vet clinic and building that relationship for so long when they aren't even willing to see your animal for a simple issue? This practice will be out of business soon with how dramatically and quickly their service and ability to show empathy and perform basic care has diminished over the course of the last 2.5 years.

Hi. This place is amazing! Every time I walk in Erin is there to greet you with a smile and has everything ready. Super organized! I highly encourage anyone looking for a vet to check this place out. The entire staff is so pleasant!

Our normally anxious fur-baby, was very laid back during this visit. I have a senior baby that is going deaf and is not fond of being separated from me, but they were patient with him. They were caring, took time to listen and provide us with good options for their care.
