I don’t know where to start from but u applied at some many different places and didn’t think know one would help me. But these apartments changed everything and help me with moving into a beautiful nice place very clean and friendly community love the area , apartment has new appliances in it.

I’ve lived here for 13 and a half years. My bathtub has been painted and the paint is coming off! My stove needs to be replaced! My carpet in the bedrooms needs replacing! It was a great property when I moved in 13 years ago. It is TOTALLY NOT THE SAME!

I love it.. it is quite that everything that I 6 has been completed within a couple of hours while I'm at work. It's very quiet, which i love. The only thing it took a while to get info on the deposit and move on date, which once i went in, I saw it's only 2 ppl in the office, and they are busy. And no visitor spot close to my apartment is all the way by office.

For some reason they ended up taking my review down I ended up getting a apartment not to far from them and didn't even have to go thru this kind of bias racist bullshit I know this review is a little old but i want to warn blk people about the manager if she is still working there when i first arrived i was looking to view apartment the lady didn't even really want to show it t0 me instead of walking ahead of me to show me the apartment i ended up walking in front like I know the complex red Asa flag she was professional not friendly at all then when I did my application email them my information from my job and hr number and provided them with my check stubs as proof of employment she still trying to give me a hard time telling me I got to show months o bank statements I never had to go thru this she didn't think I didn't make that much money from my dam job here is my dam proof them I ended up loosing 150$ ended up applying not to far from these racist and didn't have to go thru this provided my check stubs and my employer and hr information and got approved save yourself some time and don't apply with these stereotype racist as you can see I had to red mark to protect my job privacy but as you can see I am telling the truth about my experience. AND ANOTHER THEY CAN'T SAY I HAD ANY THING ON MY RENTAL HISTROY BECAUSE I WAS CLEAN ON THAT AS WELL AS CLEAN BACK GROUND TO LET YOU PEOLE WHO REVIEW MY COMMENTS I HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS!!

I have been coming to the apartment complex for almost 7mos and I always park in front of the rent office and have never had a problem. On Friday 2/14/25 I came in and parked as usual and the ladies from the rent office was coming out, they looked at me and never said a word. I get up Saturday morning to one of them having my car towed for no permit. Not only was I not aware of the permit needed neither was the person I was visiting, I have literally been there every other weekend for 7mos. I don’t understand why they didn’t speak to me about the permit when they seen me parking rather than wait and have my car towed. Life is hard enough so why do that to and make it harder having to come up with almost $200. This malicious of management.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! Let me tell you I don’t care how clean you are! How much you clean…this place is filled with Roaches…when I first moved in….it was good and a breeze then my nasty neighbor had some trash bags on the outside of my door with roaches on the inside of them and it was a lot…and every since that day…that’s when they would come non stop! I called the office for pest control three months and when they finally came did it help? No…he didn’t even spray the whole house just in spots! Not only is roaches a problem but I got tired of going outside and it smells like Dog poop..just disgusting…yeah if u need in a place because you need a second chance at credit it’s ok but what pushed me out was the roaches I just can’t deal!

Beautiful apartments for the price range they offer. Helpful staff, not very many problems inside of the homes, and outside additions! A playground, a dog play and poop area, and a swimming pool!

I hate that the property managers in the office are changed every 6 months tha unbeknownst to the tenants. At least they could send something out informing us that a change has been/is being made. I have complained about a person with trash outside of their door and included a photo and nothing has been done. She has added more trash and still nothing has been done about it. Please do something about this as It stinks and the bag that she has put on top of it is overflowing! This is what causes bugs!!!

Very quiet . Outside could use some cleaning and well as the dog park needs grass it’s just nothing but mud. People park in your reserved spots all the time , upgraded apartments don’t come with a microwave , they half ass paint everything , guests have to PAY $4 for parking which is obscene. Management is nice

They will tow your car in the middle of the night if your parking sticker is expired even if you are still a paying resident and not parking in assigned labeled parking. If you are month by month lease especially be aware of that, it doesn't matter that they have your car information in their system.

I’ve been living at this location for the past five years. The rent is continuously increasing. I started here in September 2020 rent, water, gas & trash was $1260 a month with my modest military discount, now I’m paying $1600. Next year 2025 they’re going up to 1800. I don’t think I can afford to stay here any longer. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely homes all around us, but this apartment building is very old walls and floors are thin and it gets cold in the winter. The some of the apartments have pest problems and noise problems from your neighbors. I’ve been fortunate that most of the time I don’t get a neighbor above me but when I do, it sounds like they’re herding cattle, but they’re just walking from their room to rooms.
