I ordered spaghetti through DoorDash and the food was delicious. It was my first time ordering from this place and it exceeded my expectations for someone that is picking with pasta it is now my new go to restaurant.

I loved the restaurant, the food was delicious, very tasty, I tried the mozzarella fingers and a kind of four-cheese pizza. Really great customer service, the music is friendly and the location and neighborhood is safe. I will definitely go back there if I ever return to the USA.

Food was outstanding, the ranch is really good. The Alfredo pasta is great. We had a large meat lovers and it fed 3 adults. Both of our Salads were great. Some of the best Dr Pepper ever!!

When you walk in the door there is music normally playing, I normally get their lunch special or I get the brisket pizza, small one. I normally come here with my coworkers and nobody is ever disappointed. The service is great, after you order, you pay, you sit down, and the staff bring you your food. When you are done, you leave.I feel bad about leaving my plate sometimes but they don't really seem to have a place to drop it off anyway. You can get in and out of here generally in less than 45 minutes.

Wow wow wow. Literally got my order and gave it to someone on the streets because I wouldn’t dare bite into it. It was to me so disappointing since I drove far and was sold a pizza that was very clearly not made that same day to say the least, simply and under reheated. Literally inedible to both of us who were already hungry. Smh, wasted money and time. But honestly, serving someone this quality food is disrespectful. Owners please try to make this right and invite me in, this was a really bad look.

Primo brothers has the best Italian food in Dallas, small family business, owned by REAL Italians. I mean look at the size of this one slice of pizza! It’s bigger than his frickin head!!! It’s also very well priced. Good Italian food, good portions and good prices. What more could you ask for.

Customer service needs work. Patrons should be greeted upon arrival not avoided. This includes Doordash, Uber Eats, and everyone paying for food and services or working indirectly to support this establishment. There are a plethora of pizza places! This place was chosen for a reason. Don't make people regret that decision!

Pizza was pretty good, but the responses I'm reading to the customer complaints are atrocious. Not a single apology, no ownership of problems, and pretty rude overall considering these people spent money. Not a good look.

Extremely disappointed with what was once a staple for us. We ordered our usual sausage pizza tonight that we specifically order from them because the sausage is so good- and unlike any other pizza place in Dallas. It came with a completely different (and gross) sausage. I called and asked if our order was wrong only to be informed that the sausage they are using is "what was delivered and not what they ordered. It was just what the delivery company had available so they were stuck with it". When I expressed my frustration, I was coddled like a toddler instead of any attempt to make it right. I even offered to drive back up there after I paid for delivery and a tip. They should adjust their menu and/or set those expectations. I would not have ordered 50 dollars worth of food had I known things had changed. There is something extra frustrating about a super long day where you order pizza to make life easier, only to realize it is not at all what you want. Wasting the money isn't fun either. The manager admitted that they too get upset when that is the sausage that is delivered. The impression the manager gave me was "we get what we get so our customers do too" along with "I understand". No thanks, Primo Brothers. There are a gazillion pizza places in this area.**Edited post reply from the restaurant. Please note, supply chain is the culprit. Poor management experience (also noted in other reviews) was not addressed. I love supporting local but not when management is below expectations. It would have been very simple to make this right. I would be happy to give constructive feedback to the owners.**Dietary restrictions: Based on my call with the manager, if you have dietary restrictions or need to clarify anything, I would call in your order. Keep in mind, you call in and a recording prompts you to order online but stay on hold to verify your order. That was the direct advice from the manager.
