The worst experience of customer service of my whole entire life. She hanged up the phone on me had, no respect and no manners. After reading all the bad reveiews I wonder why this company is still operating. Something should be done about this. I wasn't even going to click on a star but it would not let me submit my review.

Worst service ever hung up on me after paying debt off they wouldn’t provide me a receipt and after waiting 48 to get one said wait longer and wouldn’t transfer me to a supervisor

The worst customer service!
They hung up on me in the middle of the call. I called back, and the other lady answered very rudely. The first one was even talking over me while I was speaking. I told her that I was also recording the call, and that’s when her attitude changed.
