Terry with Promenade Printing is fantastic! I got to work with her for my wedding in May 2023. Everything was done quickly AND with the highest quality. She was able to print three large (18x24 inch) signs, 200+ programs, 200+ menu cards, and 200+ escort place cards within two days. She is very easy to work with and I highly recommend her for any printing needs!

Terry is the best!! When our band went on tour, she printed our banner and our stickers for significantly cheaper and faster than Kinkos. She also created the business cards for my mortgage brokerage.

Came in to get my wedding invites printed and they turned out amazing!! Got all my invites printed in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was so helpful and great. Will come back for anymore printing.

I initially ordered our wedding invitation and Terry and everyone there was super helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. I ended up ordering table numbers, welcome signs and seating charts with them also! Everything looks so perfect!! Thanks so much!

My company has been doing business with Promenade Printing for at least 20 years. Terry (and Tom) and the team have always been attentive to our needs, helped us design and layout various projects, and deliver products on time. I love being able to simply say "repeat the last order, please", and Terry knows exactly what I need. Even though we're in far west Plano, there is no other place to go for our printing needs. We have always been very pleased with Promenade Printing. Owner Terry McDowell and the rest of her staff go out of their way to ensure the final product is exactly what we ordered. On numerous occasions they have made helpful suggestions and even caught some of our mistakes. This demonstrates their concern in making us look good on paper to our customers. Finally, Terry and her staff are very welcoming and genuinely care about the overall well-being of their customers. Their level of service and personal interest is hard to come by these days. Needless to say, Promenade Printing will continue to be our go-to printer.

TERRY IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL!! My daughter's wedding is scheduled in June, but we couldn't send out the invitations until it was determined if the venue would be open (due to restrictions from COVID19). As soon as Governor Abbott made the announcement that he would be opening the Texas economy, we went to the printer we had already spoken with and gave them our order. It seems everything they had promised they couldn't deliver on, so we went to another printer the next day. Same exact thing...empty promises and very bad attitude! I called Terry on a Thursday afternoon, and she told me to come right over. She accepted the order AND had everything printed (invitations, RSVP cards, guest information cards) and ready for pickup on Friday afternoon! Beautiful work and it was exactly as she had promised it would be. If I could have hugged her, I would have (social distancing)! She is the sweetest soul and truly cares about her customers. The best in the business and a wonderful person! God bless you Terry!!
