Was worried about the comments but took a test on a Friday noon and had a good experience, very similar to other Prometric centers I’ve tested at. There was at least four different staff members and they were all professional and efficient. Lockers and coat hangers available. Restrooms and water fountain within the premises.

I’d go somewhere else. Place isn’t even able to get you in at the correct time of the test that you paid for.

My experience here was good. I had my test scheduled in the morning on a Thursday. The check in process was smooth. The girls working there were friendly and they made the process easy. There were maybe 10 people ahead of me and they moved fast to get everyone checked in and seated.

I have had to test here several times. If you can go on a weekday, in the afternoon, then you are fine.
I had to go in today on a Saturday. Test was set for 11:15am. I was there at 10:45 and checked in. I didn't go back to test until 1:05pm. They had booked 2 of the 3 testing rooms with tests that had an oral portion and couldn't allow anyone not taking that specific test to go in until everyone doing it was done.
Why book 2 of the testing rooms, right around the same time, with the same strict requirement tests? Why not only use 1 testing room and do a test at 10 and one at 1? There was about 30 people waiting with me for hours in the waiting room, no organization to any of us as they did not have enough space. So we had to organize it ourselves. They were trying to figure out how to get everyone lockers because they ran out. Whoever creates the tests schedules needs to actually look at what they are doing and understand we spend our time studying and laboring over preparing for these tests. Just to have the nightmare of dealing with a day like today. It's an affront to our time and energy spent.

My test was scheduled at 9:45 am today, ended up waiting until 10:59 am to take my test. I waited over an hour even though I got there early. Several people who were scheduled to take tests at the same time as me also waited almost the same amount of time as me to take the test.
Don’t overbook exams so people are not left waiting for long periods of time. I had someone drive me to the location and they had to wait over an hour and a half longer for me due to the wait. The person who dropped me off had to wait because I live about an hour away from this test center.
If someone is dropping you off, please take this into consideration. If there was another test center closer to where I live, I would avoid this one.

I have been here multiple times in the past and the experience with staff has always been good. However, the staff in charge today (Oct 23, 2024 ) was extremely rude and arrogant. I couldn't catch the name of the person but she was very annoying. I would like to report it as a complaint. Please let me know who can I reach out to report the same.

The testing center did not open due to inclement weather today and did not notify any test-takers of this either. Employees did not show up for work and there was no communication. What kind of testing center operates like this? People have huge exams on the line and waited for hours to receive notice (which was never received). You should be ashamed of your lack of responsibility and work ethic. This place deserves every bad review it can get.

The facility itself is nice and better than the ones I’ve been to. However, there was a scheduling conflict last Saturday. I got to the location an hour before so I could get a head start. Turns out after waiting for 15 min, I was informed that I needed to wait for another hour because they didn’t schedule the tests properly and let in people into different testing areas. Apparently they couldn’t let anyone in until that portion of testing is complete, which I find very ignorant and unprofessional. Wasted my time.

Well organized with professional and efficient staff. The only complaint is with the locker keys.... They should be cleaned regularly. Otherwise, great job.

Unacceptable experience. This testing center wastes peoples time and money. They refused to accommodate for pre-approved and communicated disabilities per testing guidelines on two separate occasions. 2pm and the manager is gone for the day and unavailable.Go anywhere else.

Horribly ran by Jalisa. She is disrespectful, wastes the time/ money of customers and employees alike, punishes early test takers, rewards those who are late (with your seat), and is generally unhelpful and always angry. I took my cpa at this location. I had computer issues but they were resolved swiftly.The manager came in and assisted the young lady.Jalisa and her staff were exceptional and understanding.She also calm my anxiety down. The test center employees were very respectful clean and straight to the point. I recommend this center to anyone that is taking a test.
