If I could give 0 I would give 0 stars. My doctor ordered a biopsy on 10/3/23. I was advised we should have results by 10/5/23. Come 10/5/23, nothing. We (MD office and I) call on 10/6/23 and we are advised they still don't have results but it is pending, should be done the latest by the weekend. It is Monday, 10/9/23, MD still has no results. We are now told that they received the biopsy on 10/4 "at night" (my doc says they sent on 10/3), and the biopsy was being processed 5th and 6th, and we should have gotten results but they are NOT ready yet... Maybe today, maybe tomorrow they say. With all that, the rep was SO rude he literally dropped my call and kept dropping when I called back again. I called billing (since I can request my own records) and she SO unprofessionally unpleasant. My doctor keeps saying "it never takes that long" and now it's been a week tomorrow and we still don't know what is going on. Working in medical legal field for two decades, I am appalled how poorly these people treat patients who clearly are 1. in title of their own records 2. waiting for important results that will determine their treatment and life. Now reading others reviews, I will have to make sure I don't have an issue with billing like others. Severely disappointed with this place, I am disappointed my doctor used them.

Billing process is terrible. Have told me numerous times my insurance wasn't effective during my daughter's visit and will also not bill me the cash rate and are leaving me stuck paying the much higher insurance rate. Horrible policy and billing people at Propath.

Unfortunately, this company is participating in unfair & wrongful business practices. I have no actual knowledge of having done business nor did I receive a bill from this company, yet they sent a past amount due to a collection agency over a year ago. I only found out by randomly checking my credit report. All they had to do was send a bill and I would verify services and ensure it was paid timely.Poor Customer Service at Best!I will be reaching out to the company directly and if this can not be resolved I will escalate this matter to the Texas Attorney General's Office.

I don’t know who to believe I live in milledgeville ga and Dey sent me a bill about the medication I need but I just talked to the doctor where I got my testes done at and they say everything negative but they sent me something way different and plus on the bill they sent the phone number and address Don’t add up they totally different from here

I have question on my bill, called four times, requested call back also left a message. No one ever call me back! They expect payment but never answer call for billing questions! Worst customer service ever.

I have to echo the other reviews here about billing being quick to send things to collections. My EOB shows that insurance paid on 9/20 and by mid-December this bill was in collections. The person I spoke with said they had already mailed 3 bills to me, which would be surprising that they would mail out that many statements in less than 3 mos. The person I spoke with was nice, but it's unacceptable to send something to collections this quick.

Needed some assistance today. Monica got me in touch with our rep Andrea. Both were extremely helpful and spoke with a smile in their voices. I was having a rough morning and they both turned it around. Way to go ladies!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars!! This place is a scam!! They sent me multiple of the same bills! I paid over $3000 for a bill that was only supposed to be around $900. Unbelievably rude customer service and they don’t work with you at all.Edit: Unbelievable! Just got sent more bills that I HAVE ALREADY PAID! They sent bills over to collections that was already paid! One of their associates sent me confirmation that I owe $0 and that they actually owe me $200 but no I’m getting sent bills and haven’t received my $200. This place seriously needs to be shut down! SCAM

FRAUD ALERT. These guys sent me bills for labs that had already been paid by insurance. They sent the bills almost a year later after I had already changed insurance companies. I guess they were hoping that I wouldn’t double check smh. I am now filing complaints with the local state agency and BBB. Beware!!

This company sent over a collection to my credit without contacting me the addressed use to send a bill was an old address and did not attempt to call me for $70.00 I have a negative account for a charge my doctor also failed to make me aware of. Called customer service and was not giving options to resolve this matter. UPSET :(

I got an expensive bill from this company for a bunch of test I NEVER authorized the OBGYN to make. He was only supposed to do an MRI. When I tried to pay online, it wouldn't allow me to and I'm beginning to see why everybody else gave this company one star.
