Legacy is moved to Prosperity Bank via buy out. Customer service is horrible now but they are not grandfathering in for a year any of the old accounts. Straight to their ridiculous charges. I will not bank with someone like this. Earn my business.

Not specific to this branch; it's about customer service. They acquired Legacy Texas Bank. I contacted online support to find out about interest rates on checking accounts because it is not available online (i.e., first red flag: they can't possibly be proud of it). Online support told me to call the bank. Strike one. I called the customer service number, waited a long time, finally got an agent who went off to check for the answer. It took a long time. Finally my call was disconnected at over 13 minutes. Strike two. Called back. Got an agent who was able to answer my simple question within a few minutes. Rate is so low I'm taking my business elsewhere. Strike three

They are generally a good bank but don’t ever try to use your debit card if you travel anywhere. They put a hold on my account this weekend because I travelled from DFW to North Carolina to visit my daughter in college. No notice no call nothing. I was stranded at the Charlotte airport because they would not authorize a charge to Uber. My daughter had to order the uber!
