The time it takes is exaggerated, exactly 35 minutes to count a deposit of less than $2000 dollars with staff of 3, (0 money skills) if I had not demanded that they hurry, the waiting time would have been 1 hour!

Horrible waiting experience at Camp Wisdom location, (15min wait) the manager she walks back and fourth behind the counter booth she Looks irritated, never Smile, never ask can I help you!!! 1 person counting at the window.Not sure why this location is slow.... please get them HELP Prosperity!!! And the frontline including the manager need to smile more... the Job cant be that bad!!!!!

What in the world is wrong with Prosperity Bank’s 214 330-3838 phone line. When I call the number, your system hangs up on me. I have been trying to call this number all day to no avail. It does not matter which option I select, whether to speak to banker or loan or whatever, your system disconnects the call. This is poor customer service.

I went to the branch today around 1 pm to make a simple deposit of 2 checks, I was 1st in the 2nd lane and sent up my paperwork. A car came in after me in another lane and the teller proceeded to help them. After waiting 15 mins I called the teller and she did not respond, at one point there were 3 people and no one helped. After calling them, one tells me "I don't have access to a computer and the other tellers went to lunch". After waiting over 20 mins for the deposit, I simple asked for my paperwork back. And this is not the first time I have had bad experiences at this branch. They are unfriendly and rude.

Sitting here wondering why they’re not opened and it’s seven minutes after 9am. The worker in a silver dodge was just sitting in her car and got out once she seen me pulling in, This location has terrible customer service. I see why they have such a low rating.

Tried to cash a check from one of their customers. The teller said they’d have to charge me a fee- which is fine. She then walks off with the check to talk to a some lady, comes back and says they can’t cash the check and that they can’t tell me why. Glad I don’t do banking with them. Unprofessional.
