I come to this location often. They have horrible customer service. First of all, I have to repeat myself at least 3 times for the teller to be able to carry out my transaction. Additionally, they don't even bother to greet me and just get to the point. Even more, they are so slow! And finally, they have a horrible tone and attitude when speaking to customers.

I have banked here for 30 yrs and it has NEVER been this slow!! At least 15 to 30 minutes wait time, at least 10 once you at window

They have excellent service, they are very friendly and they have fast service, I highly recommend them and the service for the car is very fast in the mornings.

Rude staff. Attempted to make a deposit, but made an obvious mistake on the slip. Teller, in a very rude tone stated "I CANT DEPOSIT THIS! THIS IS NOT AN ACCOUNT HERE!". I corrected the number, and made the deposit. Attitude was not necessary. But she through it in for free.

Easy location, great people. I felt at home as if I was at my local Prosperity Bank. If I'm in the area I would definitely stop there again!

Well, I've been a member for about a year. Just applied for a personal loan. Received personal attention and was made to feel like I am valued and important. Sometimes you don't need ATMs or branches on every corner, just someone to timely pick up the phone or respond to an email. I once wrote the bank President and to my amazement he responded in a couple of hours. Happy I'm a customer.
