Atm does not accept deposits, even though there is a deposit slot. The actual computer screen only offers fast cash, withdrawals, balance inquiry, pin change, and transfers. I went through every option and neither have any secondary options. I've been a customer since prosperity took over my previous bank, the old location on Illinois and Hampton had an atm that did accept cash deposits. My work schedule are normal business hours and making deposits through the atm are very convenient and helpful to my schedule.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. My father passed away and they took forever to release his accounts to me, despite giving them all the documentation they asked for. Terrible bank, and awful customer service.

Assisted me very quickly when i lost my debit card. They reviewed transactions and ordered me a new one, along with balance inquiry. Very professional and nice as the people inside, handled all this in under 7 minutes over the phone. Appreciate the business, and assistance. Thank you again.

I waited for over 30 minutes today. I get that it's a Saturday, but it ridiculous! I'm not even joking! I'm not talking about waiting 30 minutes because of the cars in front of me, i actually waited 30 minutes once I sent my 2 deposits to get processed! Erica was the name of the lady!
