1. They decline your debit card whenever you leave Texas no matter the trivial amount. 2.There is no easy way to notify them that you are leaving Texas. They want you to call and speak with a Branch employee. 3. This is 2023 and this policy is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional, derogatory and rude. The tellers were both condescending, I had plastic DL that was expired with the renewed paper DL that I just got, which didn't expire until 3 months out and was told by the hispanic teller very rudely ,we don't except anything except plastic DL's. I went 10 minutes away to another branch and was immediately helped by their ALL BLACK STAFF

For the most part I like this bank. It’s close to home and when you go inside, transactions are usually pretty quick. The new black girl that they have though it’s slow as molasses. She took 10 minutes to do a cash deposit through the drive-through window. She was not kind, no sense of urgency, and had a smirky look on her face as she seemed to disapprove of my Uber driver. (Note: Ubers charge you for their time.). I do wish they had an external atm I could use.

They're very veeeeery slow to process any transactions, it used to be a person with the name Chris who was exceptional; they exceptions to serve some ppl in the lobby.( It's been drive thru only, sice a long long time ago.)It's a ridiculous time consuming, for a mortgage payment, it took me 50 mins!!!!!Very disappointed!!!

What is this nonsense? You can't get help with your check card on the weekend? What kind of service is that? It isn't service, that's what kind.

My complaint is not about a branch, it is about the customer service center, Wednesday I called customer service to see if they could do a wire transfer for me over the phone, the airhead that answered my call informed me that all wire transfers had to be done in person, I told her that I was very sick and asked if there were any exceptions, she said no, I said well I guess I will take my covid illness for a face to face in the bank, yes, I have a covid, her response was classic, she said "OK, is there anything else I can help you with". I went to the bank and while waiting to be helped, I was so sick, I thought I was going to puke all over the lobby floor, feel sorry for the person that would of had to clean that up. I called the call center the next morning to complain, told my story to a supposed supervisor, she said she would have someone call me back, guess what, they haven't called back! just know next time your in line in the bank, the person in front of you could have covid and the bank told them to come in in person! I'm closing my account.

You will be nickeled and dime for super technology and customer service. They are stuck in the 90s. Don't do business here!

No atm and no way to filter search for atm. I would never recommend this bank

Very bad experience with Prosperity Bank. I will close my accounts and look for something else.

Worst bank experience. Wouldn't let me inside, ATM couldn't deposit money, and I waited 10 minutes in the drive through to deposit one small check.

I really love this branch. They are always so kind and friendly. They have helped me on multiple occasions and have always been treated great. I have dealt with most of the employees here as well. The manager and other works are so nice. Definitely would recommend.

The manager at this bank is extremely rude. She cares more about pulling her title and status over you than helping solve a problem. She laughed sarcastically when I requested to speak with someone else. When management is poor, it doesn't make you feel optimistic about the rest of the team. Really hope something changes here.

Worst damned customer service. Their is nothing I find satisfactory, much less worthy of recommendation. They took over my Legacy Texas Bank and it's been a total disaster. They have turned over there customer service to Artificial Intellegence which doesn't recognize actual costumers. If you want your bank to give you service as a real person DO NOT BANK WITH THIS INSTITUTION
