Puma Van Lines did an excellent job moving my belongings from Texas to Oklahoma. Staff was very professional and took great care of wrapping furniture in boxes and plastic wrap. All items received were NOT damaged! I highly recommend this company for any small or large move.

Josh was our account manager and handled all of the logistics and great customer service. He was always available for all of our questions and flexible on arranging for delivery . We just moved an apartment full of furniture to Wisconsin from Dallas and Cesar Patino was the driver for pickup and delivery and he is outstanding!! We both enjoyed him immensely. Great quality and very hard working!! 5 Star service and value from Puma Van Lines!!

I hired Puma Van Lines for a long-distance move from TX to IL in May 2023. When I contacted their salesperson, I notified them I had an inventory sheet from a recent move (less than one year prior) to provide an accurate quote. I highlighted all items on the inventory sheet that would be being moved and even went so far as to tell the salesperson that I would expect a delta of about 15% in the box count (meaning I would have up to 15% more boxes this move). The salesperson quoted me a full-service move (pack, load, deliver, unload) that was a great price and incredibly hard to pass up. The day prior, I received a call from the company notifying me that they would be packing and loading in one day; I said ok and changed my travel plans (paying fees to change travel dates). To be safe, I called the dispatch office one last time before making changes and asked, "Are you sure this is a one-day pack and load? I have a four-bedroom home with a full kitchen and an oversized garage full of tools?" They assured me that, yes, it would take one day. My quote was doubled when the driver arrived the next day (almost two hours late). The driver notified me they should have brought a larger vehicle for all my household goods (HHG) and notified me they would need another truck and more boxes for all of my items. The driver called his supervisor for assistance, who had him leave the job site and go to Home Depot for more boxes and packing paper, delaying the loading by over an hour. That evening as the crew was finishing up, they notified me that they would be back tomorrow to retrieve the remainder of the goods; I requested that it be first thing in the morning as I had adjusted my travel plans. They showed up after 11 am, resulting in even more change fees for pushing travel back again. To add insult to injury, because this was a second truck, I had to enter into ANOTHER contract with them because they contract work based on the number of trucks. The inventory sheet I sent was never looked at, the quote was never updated based on the 13-page inventory that I submitted, there was severe neglect on the part of the salesperson, and the consumer was the only one made to pay for that mistake. After loading all my items, the job price went from $5,800 to $11,000. Fast forward to June, and I still cannot get a straight answer as to when my HHG will be delivered. I have moved 7 times in the last 8 years, and this was the worst move ever.

During our first phone conversation, the lady on the phone made numerous mistakes regarding my moving issues, and then simply joked about them, and then quoted me an inaccurate moving distance by 58 miles; simply not a professional encounter, although she was apologetic ; to not accurately state on the e mailed estimate for the move from Dallas to a town in southeast Texas is tough to swallow. If I had not brought this discrepancy to her attention, who knows what might have happened if the movers had simply decided not to go beyond the mileage calculation. And what about the potential extra fees andInconvenience that My wife and I would have experienced in order to get our furniture and other belongings to our new home. Perhaps they are better suited to DFW moves?!

WOW! I cannot say enough about the experienced professionalism and courteous manner with which the two gentleman that moved us into our new home. What an asset to puma. And the management Team was able to book my move at short notice! Finding people who can actually work hard is almost a thing of the past. Don’t waste you time hunting for a moving company. Anthony Bouchard with Puma Van Lines made sure I was taken great care of. I called him and emailed him a lots - each time he always got back to me in a timely manner. His quote picking up and dropping off my home goods was fair - no surprise fees at drop off. The crew that picked up my goods were professional and attentive to my fragile property. At drop/delivery, the crew had the same care and professionalism. No damage, no problems, nothing missing. The contract driver that actually dropped my goods off said Puma is a great company that stands by their word or he would not accept deliveries from them. Since he's the last person and customer sees, he wants no problems.

Awesome movers! They showed up early, and started right in on the move. You could tell they were professionals. Our move took much less time than estimated, thereby saving us a good deal of money. These guys are definitely a great investment!
