Very friendly phlebotomist, however unfortunately, she put more than half the needle in, back-walling a giant easy-to-access vein and leading to way more pain and bruising than necessary. You don’t need to stick the needle in all the way through the other side of the vein. 30° angle and once you see blood, you can stop. Needs technique refinement.

Don't buy their test online if you want your results. It's 3 weeks today and I didn't received it yet. I requested to look for my results manually but they required the name of the physician who ordered the test, but obviously I don't have it. I put "myself" and my phone number instead and after a couple of day, they sent an email saying that they are not able to locate my results because MAYBE I INSERT THE WRONG DATA. My sample is in the lab and in progress but nobody took a minute to send me an email saying "don't worry...it takes a while but we are still working on it." Customer service is not a thing there. I chatted with a robot and at the end it asked me if I want talk with a representative but actually is just a text sent to I don't know who but they never answered me. I complained also in the feedback section but nothing happened. I really really needed that results for a visit. I went to the visit saying "hey, I spent 360 dollars for the test but actually who knows...so, can you tell me looking in my blue eyes why I'm feeling miserable? Because I don't have any blood test to show you." At this point I don't even know how to receive a reimburse because Customer Service doesn't even exist. And my physician said that I must do the blood test again because WE NEED IT. Who pay for this? If the test required more than 3 weeks YOU SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT, AS SOON AS THEY ASK WHERE THE RESULTS ARE. For $360.
EDIT: I received an email from their support saying that they had some delay in the lab. I still think that is not a good service to leave the patients without any information for almost 1 month.
I will not buy their test online anymore.

I’ve gone twice and both times have been great experiences! Jackie was great with me and patient! The other staff member that was there with Jackie (forgot her name) , was also lovely as well!

At this location, Dee was my technician, and she was absolutely amazing. I can only imagine that turnover is high in this industry, and I hope that Quest recognizes how great of an employee Dee is, and how valuable she is.
Her customer service skills, genuinely happy demeanor, and skills in finding my veins and collecting my blood quickly, are all 10/10. I'm somebody who's afraid of needles, and she and I were having such a fun conversation that she took my blood without me noticing ha ha. She's really a great person, and a great employee for your company.
Thank you Dee for an amazing experience! If I ever need to use Quest again, I'm coming back to see you!

Extremely positive experience thanks to Nikki. There was a mixup with my lab order and despite my appointment being the last appointment before her lunch, Nikki was kind enough to not only help me talk to my doctor to get the lab order corrected but also be kind enough to wait for them to correct it.

One of your phlebotomist told a room full of other patients the tests I was coming in for. Not only did she violate my HIPPA privacy she embarrassed me! The damage she has caused to me is indescribable but my attorney is attempting to document and submit to your corporate office.

I was a walk in patient sent directly from my doctor's office, and even though there were at least 4 patients who had scheduled appointments with this Quest location within the hour which I arrived, I was taken within 5 minutes of arrival. It was very quick and easy. Thanks.

The ladies that do the blood work are HILARIOUS! They almost make you forget WHY you are there. All are very experienced and while they are making me laugh I get stuck and don't even feel it. I think you should give all of them a raise because they are like a well-oiled machine and they get EVERYBODY taken care of expediently. I've always had good experiences at this location.

Extremely rude and unprofessional my mom went for a second time after having trouble the first time and still wouldn't attended her do to her language barrier even tho they said she would be attended they kept skipping her it most definitely seemed like discrimination

The lab tech/phlebotomist was professional, however...The site did not have the proper equipment for a clean catch urine urinalysis/urine c&s.. No cleansing wipes were available. This is second time proper equipment not available. "Saline " wipes only were available. This is not standard practice.

Had an appointment early in the morning at this location that I made online. Arrived, scanned my bar code, provided via email, on the tablet. I was called in in less than 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was quick and painless. Thank you so much.
