The lab tech was extraordinarily helpful, courteous and kind during the entire process. I find this particular location is always very much more welcoming than most Quest sites. The entire team and management at this location need to be recognized for actually embracing Care and Customer Service in the healthcare field.

The drop off services is absolutely ridiculous. You have to get a normal appointment just to leave samples. You can choose a walk in appointment but it doesn’t differentiate if you are there to drop off or for testing. I walked in at 12:10 and the next appointment was for 1:40. I don’t think those waiting times are normal for a drop off specially when some samples are time sensitive.

I sat there from 3:45 until they came out to tell use that they were not doing anymore labs which was at 4:50p. Instead of someone coming to let us know to come back or schedule an appt for a different time, they just overlooked and allowed us to waste time when they knew that they weren't going to get to us that day. Check ins also aren't great bc you can't speak with anyone to ask questions, just check in and wait/ ways your time.

I consistently select Quest Diagnostic for my laboratory testing whenever feasible. Its numerous locations throughout the DFW area offer unparalleled convenience, allowing me to effortlessly schedule a same-day appointment and receive prompt and exceptional service. This particular location delivered outstanding service from check-in to checkout.
My lab test results were ready within (thirteen) 13 hours despite I did not need the results till the following week for my doctor visit

They keep emailing me someone else’s medical information and bills. I’ve contacted them about their hipaa breach but they continue to send me this other person’s confidential info. Be wary if you go here, and call them if you’re expecting to be contacted and are not.

I went to Quest at Presby Dallas yesterday for a blood draw. Lab technicians ALWAYS have trouble with my shy spider veins. Usually, they have to call in someone more experts to succeed. This event was a wonderful exception! The lovely lady slid the needle into my arm in the first try (rare) painlessly and easily. I am so grateful for her and would absolutely go to Quest again in this very location in hopes of finding the same expert care!! Please extend my hearty thanks and commendations to her.
