The appointment went very smoothly! I was in and out in 5 minutes (with appointment). The phlebotomist that helped me was very nice and DID NOT hurt me. I didn't feel any pain at all! She made me day with her positive and calming smile.

I have never seen so much negativity in a business than quest diagnostics. I first tried getting my blood work at the Bolton Boone location. According to the tech,the order never was received? I walked across the hall to my PCP, back to quest and still nothing. Yesterday I went to Quest at Charleston Methodist hospital, again my orders could not be found. I suggested that the tech look up my first name as my last. "Bingo" All be darn. What 4 different orders for me??? I was there for almost an hour trying to locate the orders ????

I recently got my blood drawn for a testosterone test and I felt the sharp pain at the time that I was doing the test but this is the day after and I’m feeling the same sharp pain when I pick up stuff every now and again I wanted to know if that is normal

Well another perfect blood test! On the way there I was hoping to receive the quality care I received last year and it was even better! I would not have even known Angelica poked me with a needle. lol I was literally in and out in 13 minutes on my 30 minute lunch. (work 5 minutes away) So happy it's done! Thanks for the quick, friendly and painless blood test Angelica!

(ID is not real name) I've tried to make an appt for my husband online. SIX TIMES. Never would schedule/complete the appt. If it's because I wouldn't accept their cookies, oh well. We should still be able to talk to a HUMAN on the phone and not some d*** computer. Not everyone's world is online. I don't use anything online unless it's absolutely necessary. Our bank account was hacked. So, I don't trust online...NOTHING is secure even though they say it is. Don't believe them.

I like the Bolton Boone location better. Checked in with the text and was not called back. The phlebotomist are good just poor system shame on quest the phlebotomist is here alone with no help. Shame shame on quest.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, nasty attitude, nothing good to say about the staff here. Had to grab my things and leave, they act like you stole something. I will reschedule my appointment and go somewhere else. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Needed stool sample kit for my 22 month old. Gave me kit didn't bother to explain the storage temp of specimen if can bring back same day i.e. office is closed nor time within specimen collection i.e bring back within 2 hours of collection or so if not freeze or refrigerate????. Just fill levels and return procedure was covered. Wouldn't recommend this location.
