The tech here was extremely rude and judging by the comments I’m sure we are all talking about the same woman. She did not greet me or direct me in any way, just snatched the lab paper out of my hand and stared at the paper for a really long time not saying a word while i stood there awkwardly. I finally just sat down and she continued to look at the paper and then entered something on the computer. She then began sighing a bunch and made a phone call to someone about the labs. After 10 minutes of silence she rudely stated “it’s going to be a while” as she bumped into my chair. After she made another phone Call to ask about my labs I asked her what was wrong with the labs and she began going on a rant on how I need to get this done at my doctors lab and that I need to come earlier. I came at 3:30, they don’t close until 5! She was just mad that she wasn’t able to start my appointment until 4:20 and her shift was almost over but she still had to work. She also threw the blood samples on the counter after she filled each one. I’m sorry you hate your job, don’t take it out on your patients! I will never come here again.

Avoid this location; it’s a civic duty at this point. I scheduled and tried to go 3 days in a row, and their scheduling tools (phone, internet-based, and even the in-store kiosk) do not ever work. It’s so much worse than that, though; if you’ve the nerve toshow up for your SCHEDULED BUT VANISHED appointment and try to talk to someone at the location, they’ll just duck any interaction with you. It’s like they know that you’re there for an appointment that their system couldn’t handle and they don’t feel like a) fixing the problem, and b) helping you find a way through it. Close this place down; don’t use this place so that it can die the ignoble death it deserves.

They are very rude. The lady wouldn't look at me or address me in anyway. She came out of her hole, and wouldn't ask me anything, I had to stop her to ask about walk ins. She had major attitude like I was bothering her. This location is notorious for rude phlebotomists.

I had an appointment at 10.10 am on 6/27/2023 at Quest Diagnostics 11613 N Central Expy Suite 120, Dallas. I checked in the link came in my phone and reached the center at 10.00 am . My name was not even called at 10.35 am and I asked Technician 1 about my appointment and her reply was I dont know . I waited for another 10 minutes and asked Technician 2 and she said if your name is not seen on the screen you have to check in again. But I already got a message saying no more check in is required and finally at 10.50 am the lab lead came and asked who is having appointment problems and told me to come in for a blood draw. Technician 1 came to draw my blood and she was very rude and told me that she already called my name which was a lie. She walked out of the room and the lab lead took my blood draw.Looks like Quest Diagnostics staff / corporate does not value customer sentiments and time. I will never step foot in Quest diagnostics ever. There are much better diagnostics center out here. Hope there is some action taken in this regard.

My doctor sent in a lab request for 2 blood test. They only correctly tested 1 out of the 2 requested labs. Of course I had to go back and get retested for the one they messed up on. Currently, I am getting over billed for them running the wrong test and the billing is saying they can’t remove the charge. This is a nightmare.

They don’t have anybody to keep up with appointments they skipped my first appointment even though I was in there office waiting had to come back 2 hours later and still waited over an hour to go back there

All of the negative reviews from a year ago reflect poorly on the current status. I go here every 2 weeks for blood draws due to lengthy antibiotic treatment. Tanya is usually the phlebotomist & she's wonderful. She trusts you if you request certain veins be used, and she has never had to stick me twice in a session. She is efficient & a dedicated worker. I switched to this location many months ago because the Addison Tom Thumb location routinely had an unethical employee who found every way to dodge honoring your visit. When I came to Tanya, she said many people had left Addison's location because of that person. I was also given a business card to call her director with feedback, which I did the same day. As a nurse, I recognize when someone in the healthfield is a true patient advocate. Tanya is a blessed asset to Quest. Booking online has never been a problem. The Tom Thumb locations are little gems; never really crowded, and so convenient ~ can get yourself some groceries afterward.

Tanya was.very professional.and efficient. The poor reviews I saw did not in any way match up to my experience. I highly recommend this site. Tanya is great.

Worst place ever. First the place looks empty but you can hear talking in the back. Called out 3 times before an acknowledgment and was rudely told you need an appt. I said l was sent by the cardiologist and you should have an order from them. They'll check. Haven't heard another word.
