The security guard is a disrespectful person, there are ways of saying things. He kicked me out of the parking lot. I explained that I was taking a short break and he said that I couldn't park there for more than 5 minutes and he wouldn't leave me alone until he kicked me out.

Fyi,
This guy is always parked in front of the doors (backed in) every night for hours, and I've seen him video taping people some of the time (it is a Chrysler Mini Van). It's every night for hours.
Update 02/27/25:
This guy says he works for Uber and that he allows QT to operate here!
And after QTs reply, I guess he wasn't lying.

NEW MANAGER don't provide customers with warm slices of WARM pizza and WARM BBQ SANDWICHES. Customer SERVICE HAS FALLEN OFF... since the PREVIOUS MGR FORREST moved to another store. FORREST WAS THE BEST... HE really CARED about his Customers 😮💨😮💨😮💨😞😞😞😞. WE REALLY MISS FORREST.

From going well to going bad food was not that hot just 1 out of 2 that I order the gentleman working today not really a people person. The security guy not sure what’s his problem but accused me of something I didn’t do and even didn’t apologize for it. Not to mention being harassed by the security guard.

The bathrooms are filthy, the seem to never clean anything anywhere in the store. Absolutely disgusting, don’t go in. Better options down the street.

They seem to have a little bit of everything. The "hot" food looked a little scary (in fairness, I did not try it), but if you are staying next door at the hotel, this is a great place to get "the little things" like drinks and snacks. They also had band-aids.

I’ve know all the QT’s I go to (sometimes 2x on a daily basis). This one by Love Field is the worse. Bathrooms dirty…staff isn’t the kindest and their food is not good. $7 for this BBQ sandwich with 2 teaspoons of meat. When I asked the guy working at 11a on 2/14 why there was hardly any meat on it for $7 he said “Dude, you’re the one that paid for it.” They did give me my money back but I’ll avoid this QT by any means.

My anxiety was getting the best of me today so I just needed to just take a moment before pumping my gas and driving. And a worker came up to my car and very rudely said "can you move? because I'm about to Power wash"
Not are you okay ma'am?
I understand needing to do your job but instead of "move" a better more polite way would have been do you mind moving to another spot so I can clean this area.
It took everything in me not to pop off because I'm already having a bad day and anxious.

Went in today and grabbed a energy drink. There was a young lady named Davoia at the register. She ran the front presence like a true leader. Kind, organized, direct. I hope she gets promoted when considered. If I had more time I would've tried to recruit her myself. Congrats on running your store.
