Customers report great customer service and feel very safe, noting friendly and attentive security guards present at all times, especially after midnight. The food prep area is nice, with the QT Kitchen and prestock food almost always fresh and delicious, including BBQ sandwiches. Some slush machines are occasionally down but are usually fixed quickly.
