Am staff have great and friendly customer service . Pm on the other hand is the totally the opposite. And then yalls security gaurd is supposed to be doing more then just sitting on the back of his truck hurrasing every customer that walks in and is anything other blk. Apparently he doesn't know wut his job description are .. I mean its not that hard even . Paul Bart understood the assessment. I also believe the front parking are for customers NOT EMPLOYEES . He blocks parking with his viechle that he sits on all night hurrasing customers. .

Security officer refused to service me and my emotional support dog. I have panic attacks and have brought my small dog in many times. Rude. And didn’t communicate well. Just repeated himself. Whenever I tried to talk.

Ita not a 4 star on the store
I know it's because of homeless abusing what's good
Im a Lyft Uber doordash and I often work late nights
Quick trip has been my pitstop for over 8 years in the biz
I'm sad to see that the bathrooms are getting locked down after a certain time
There is nowhere else that has open facilities for us numerous drivers that is convenient like QT
In my observation it's mostly stories with some kind of homeless problem and I have noticed that there are a lot of QuikTrip that still have open facilities
Even so I will continue to frequent QuikTrip as I have over the years
They were one of the few that had open facilities during covid
When my only job was Uber eats at the time

it's a 50/50 chance you get Tea at 12:00
i just don't know why they have to drain all of them at 12:00 lunch time Black Mango Tea broke for the last two weeks.

I felt totally ignored by one of the employees there, I asked him to please check the fountain drinks syrup because it was either low on it or the machine was dispensing to much carbonation he said Okayama he just keep restocking was he was doing, he went to walk in cooler to do God knows what, came out towas the back of fountain drink area all of this while iam there waiting and came out with his moping machine or whatever and started doing floor at this point I decided to pay for my gas and as iam walking out of the store I asked him about the fountain drinks and he replied yet again, oh I'll check it in a minute. I went outside to pump my gas but once I got to the pump I decided to go back for my money, because he literally ignore me, I deserved better so I'll take my business somewhere else where I could feel appropriate and not ignore ?♂️ ?♀️ lol.

I visited this store and the man who was at the counter was friendly and professional. He offered me a complimentary drink because I didn’t receive my receipt at the gas pump. Thank you Chris for your exemplary customer service. I will definitely stop in again.

The guy with the glasses is so a thief my car gas tank Gage is broken and I only used vanilla gift card to pay for my gas I told him that and said if it doesn't had its all I say it a gift card and you cant it won't work and it's would still change me he said I'm pretty good sure u can put the money back on the card I yes u can but it will take 30 days to. or I can give u cash back if it didn't had it all ok when to put gas it stop at 10 dollars and i when back in sid tell me put your card back in for the refund i did and it should be back on your card now to see if it's on there it declined asking why a month to get back on your card i call the card told me no it not QT stll change me call him on the phone i can give u QT business number and that all i can do so I could bet my life he took the money for yourself
