Always a vibe - Marina is well kept and the docks are clean Everyone that has a boat slip there is very nice and you can find a lot of fun parties on the docks.

Staff is wonderful, I wish there was a way to prevent the air pump from being tampered with but you can only do so much with the homeless population as bad as it is in this area. Saw a guy fighting a tree in the CVS parking lot yesterday
