I locked my keys in my car for the first time since I started driving 23 years ago. I had zero backup plans. Aaron, the shift manager not only took the time to look up, and dial a locksmith for me, he also kept checking in with me to make sure I was getting the help I needed, and even asked a couple days later when I came back if everything worked out. Great customer service. Thanks so much Aaron. You're the goat.

Stood in line behind 8 people just to get a $1 dollar drink. when I got to the register the machine would not accept cards and employees threw it away rather than let the person who just spent $87.56 on gas have it.
Men's room is horrible and desperately needs cleaning.
Regularly had lines of 8 to 12 customers but only 1 of 5 employees was doing anything other than talking with each other.

I will never come back to this ghetto RaceTrac in my life I came in to simply fill my cup with ice and got harassed by leen or whatever the fat girls name is saying I had to pay for a refill when I got nothing to drink I stop here every day for gas and ice I’ve never been treated like this before but I will never come back I’ll go to qt

the store is great! But some people who work there do a terrible job I am sure that this establishment is the best in the area but The customer service of some workers there is the worst and for that reason people prefer to go somewhere else -5☆

Don't advertise that you're establishments are 24 hours. It is 3:21 a.m. there are 2 employees inside and have the doors locked.Call the number no one picks up.Come here again next day for 3:40am in the morning doors are still locked....
