No toilet paper , but I did ask cashier and they helped me so that’s a plus ,Ants crawling around the floor had killed 2 before deciding to record this video ,gave it 2 stars since they cleaned the restrooms a little bit since last time I was there looked like person going in there and shooting up heroin ,keep restrooms clean pls

My car broke down in the Parking lot.. the security came to me hostile didn't investagate to see what was the situition spit in my face and proceeded to talk to me like a child this man could possibly hurt someone in the near future .. race track needs better security then this

I stopped at this RaceTrac, filled up my truck with a full tank of gas, and then asked to use the restroom. Despite being a paying customer, I was denied access. This is unacceptable, especially at a gas station where travelers rely on restroom facilities. I expect better customer service and basic accommodations for customers spending money here. I won’t be returning to this location and will take my business elsewhere.

I give it 3 stars because I'm one 40. I've been in there a number of times with an expired ID to buy cigarettes. Recently, I was turned away due to expired ID. Last time I checked, I.D. verification was for age. I like Race Trac, but this particular location has lost my business.

Wow…i knew this area was “rough” driving through but I needed gas. Anyway, after fueling up I decided to go in and grab something to drink. Apparently the “Relief manager” has no clue what customer service, or etiquette is and was loudly speaking in 4 letter colorful words with her coworker. Both her, name Dominique, and the other employee failed to engage any customers and seemed bothered that we were interrupting their conversation about strange insects to eat by choosing to shop at this location. I will gladly avoid this location going further. Dallas never ceases to amaze me.

I've been going to this store for two years now.
I suppose I could share criticisms of some of the elements you might see in the parking lot or that sometimes the pumps don't work so well.
But once inside, I have only ever had pleasant interactions with the employees -- even when there's turnover, the new employees are as nice as those who've left.
I have seen customers antagonizing employees, so maybe that's the source of some of the worse reviews. Get what you give, I suppose.
For this being a gas station/convenience store, I actually look forward to going here.
