I love rag and bone! If you are looking for great quality basics this is the place. They have both men’s and women’s leather jackets that will never go out of style. If you are visiting from out of town you should visit this unique store. The stylist were super helpful and I had a great time shopping. I will be back soon

I’m so not one to write a negative review. I’m very thankful for Rag and Bone apparel, and their stores! I’ve shopped Rag and Bone for years. Today, at the Highland Park store in Dallas, I was shocked at how I was treated! While waiting 30 minutes in the extreme heat, because of a sign on the door stating that they are restricting occupancy, which is totally understandable and expected at this time, I noticed that there was only one person in the store shopping. The staff knew I was waiting the entire time. As the customer was checking out, the sales associate cracked the door to tell me that he is so sorry but it’s time to do a 30 minute cleaning of the entire store. Really???

Very friendly associates, but small menswear selection. Wish they were a larger store, so there was more options. The store layout is very cool with men's on 2nd floor and women's on first.

I love Rag & Bone. They're my favorite designer for denim and booties. The store has a good selection of items. The staff is nice and helpful. They're like my personal shoppers but they're not pushy. I've never felt pressured.

I bought their victor silk blouse within a month ago. This was my first purchase at the store. I ended up not wearing it at all, so decided to return. It has been in my closet, not worn. When I was returning it, they noticed there were stains on the back of the blouse which I did not notice because I didn't pay attention at all. When I purchased it last month, I was in a rush and I trusted them to not sell me a defective product. This blouse was the last one in store at that time. I usually do not buy the last item as it likely has defects. This time, since I was in a rush and I needed a red blouse, I didn't check. My fault and I won't make that mistake again. Don't trust the store rep at all. I have to mention that their attitude and how they handled customer request was extremely rude, disrespectful, condescending and unreasonable. They would not allow me to return or get in-store credit. They gave me the looks as if I were lying. It's an insult. I really did not wear this piece. I feel they did not check my piece at the time of sale or intentionally sold me the last defective piece to get rid of merchandise. I left without exchange or return or in-store credit. I felt offended because they accused me of something that I did not do. On the other hand, I felt the clerk sold me a defective product, period! I try not to let myself get upset about this. After all, it costs $260. Let it go. However, the experience left a very unfavorable impression on me about the brand, and mostly, the manager's condescending attitude was really disrespectful to customers. I won't go back to that store again and am not impressed with Rag & Bone brand attitude. Don't go to this store. Don't trust the store manager or clerk. Don't believe in this brand. It has neither the quality, nor value, nor service.
