This is one of the nicest and most pleasant Rainbows I've ever been to. I live in Downtown Dallas, but I oftern travel to this location. The store manager does a great job of managing this store. The staff are always helpful and most of the time they have what I need in store. 😊

Not a happy camper!
I had a layaway that was canceled and NOW employees can't seem to have record of my canceled order! District manager was supposed to research and find my order. I have yet to get a call back or anything!

WHAT A SHAME! Terrible place I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT, we were next to a lady with reddish hair, my wife and I, and while we were looking at the clothes, an owner threw us at us, please educate your employees on good manners, I would NEVER return!!!!!

It’s now 10:33 and they are still not open. There is no one in site it’s ridiculous. This is the second time I have came to this location and they have been closed. They definitely need a new staff especially management at this location.

Let's start off with they do not even deserve 1 star. 1. Upon entering the store it's hot and looks like a warehouse with all the clothes that's not selling on the rack. 2. You can't try on any clothes but they expect you to purchase the items and was told you can't return them. How does this work in clothing retail. 3. The only time employees are providing customer's service is when you are making a purchase. If sales are low, which we all know they are,this is why. When you have several customers walking out there has to be a change. 4. The rude customer service when trying to return the items you can't fit isn't necessary we can't try them on so it's expected but the attitude shouldn't be. Wow even the owner's response isn't even pertaining to what is going on with the awful rude customer service. We are very aware of your policies at this point but apparently your employees aren't. NEVER SHOP AT RAINBOW go online to someone else it's very apparent.

Poor management I came to return two items I didn’t wear as this store doesn’t have a dressing room so why not tell you customers don’t tear the tag if you want to return the item people try on clothes all the time and bring them back I asked when would the manager be here and she told me she can’t tell me when how is that giving out people information

No fitting rooms the lasy wouldn’t even let try on a shirt over my shirt lol you supposed to just buy things from their store and hope it fits . Wouldn’t recommend this location. Instead I went next door to dds .
