I went back in the store after Christmas with a almost $300 receipt full of items for my granddaughter. she only hated one item.(a kiddy animal purse)So I took it back. they immediately made me feel like I had stole this item. Manager:"we don't take back accessories". My 4 yr old granddaughter just didn't like it! we kept the other $280 worth. Them: sorry we don't take that back l,it's an accessory, you could have used it! š¢ My heart is broken that my 40-year relationship with rainbow has now ended š¢

I went there today and there was a short Hispanic lady that locked the door 15 mins before closing and wouldn't let me in. There were people in the store still shopping. She was letting them out one by one unlocking the door and still wouldn't let me in. That's not good customer service. I came after work to try and find a last minute outfit. She even refused to give me her name. If you're not supposed to close until 8pm how can you start locking up at 745 and refuse to let additional customers shop. Sounds to me this person and/or staff is costing the store money. I saw someone else drive up and saw that she wouldn't let me in and they left also.

Well if you didnāt no now you no I am a Rainbow fan for real just go to the photos lol ? thatās only 20 picture & I have been shopping here for over 10yrs Iām certain. Best shopping for the money these days.

Online it says they close at 8, but when I got there at 7:30 the lady said they were closed??? FIX THE TIME ON THE WEBSITE TO SAY 7:30 NOT 8 PM TF

Terrible service they close before the time they have announced, I got to the store and they didn't let me in, then someone else arrived and if they opened the door to enter when they told me that it was already closed, terrible service I will not return this place

This place is horribly inaccessible to disabled people. We deserve to be able to shop for cute clothes as well. I tried to go to the buckner locatoon today i was told within 2 minutes of being in the store that I needed to leave because of my service animal. She is a bully breed. She is well behaved and trained for my disability. She stood next to me the entire time. She caused no problems. The manager told me she wasnt allowed in the store even if she was a service animal because of her size. This is horrible customer service and discrimination based on disability. You need to train your managers better to understand actual law. What she did was illegal.

This clothing store is over priced but I rather go to DDs Discount or online to order most are there clothing are loud bright colors I guess that's why it's called rainbow and they don't have a lot varieties of shoes.
