There are NO dressing rooms!!! This store has so much in it. Yet, they provide no means to try on clothes!! WOW!!! The sales rep said to buy it and return them with the tags still attached! That's great if you live in the area. NO DRESSING ROOMS! I gave 2 stars because I bought a skirt and a vest.

If I can give no stars I would. The lady at the register (skinny, afro, beautiful chocolate skin) asked me cash or card. I said cash. She goes well I'm only accepting card right now. So I said why would you ask me cash or card. So now she has an attitude with me talking about well I'll just take the cash. Of course you will, what else would you take? That's all I'm paying with. And then she started looking at I guess her manager with the blonde hair for help. But I'm like how am I wrong?

Today I experienced something that I had never had to deal within my lifetime. I came to this store location to shop for items for an upcoming event. As soon as my daughter and I walked into the store, the store associate literally stood in the corner by the entrance door staring at my daughter and me. I asked her ” Do you work here?” and she replied “Yes”. After I asked her that question she started organizing clothes approximately two feet away from me, and kept her eyes on me. I immediately went to the check-out counter to ask another clerk for the store manager's name and corporate number. This really disgusted me because I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. when you work in a predominantly ethnic community we will not stand for this type of treatment. I would not have given this review a star but it would not allow me to post my comments without doing so.

Customer Service Sucks, manger standing around cash register while associates re-stock, making customers wait for workers to finish task before we can check-out! Unacceptable I refuse to spend money there. The manager was a black lady with a ponytail very slow and rude.

Terrible experience at this location on Monday, Oct 23, 2023 around 4:00pm. The manager was RUDE, DRY, and UNFRIENDLY. She came out of the back with a terrible attitude, not to mention she was EXTREMELY SLOW. I had to do a return. I neatly layed out the return items with all the tags up for her to scan, not appreciative at all. The worst customer service experience. She needs find another job because as the MANAGER she should be setting a BETTER example for the employees. She was a black lady with a ponytail and a big stomach. Not sure what her name is. I love Rainbow shop they have some good clothes for plus size woman's and I all ways go to Rainbow Shop because I love the prices of the clothes and when my money don't be right I know I can still go to Rainbow Shop because they have clothes for $3.00 are $7.00 are $10.00 and I know that I'm going to look good with Rainbow shop clothes because they get me right every time I come in there and I was there yesterday and I got 3 things and didn't have to spend to much at all the store number is 00598 they are the best because they have more good stuff

They have more merchandise than space. I suggest that they invest in a larger building. It's hard to walk through the aisles because the clothes racks are literally right next to each other, and you knock clothes off of the rack. Other than this, I appreciate their willingness to assist.

If you are a person. That likes to try on your clothes you will be unhappy. The dressing room are blocked off and closed. The cashier/sales lady told me to try the outfit on over my clothes. Really ? . I don't think so.

Definitely agree that Bethany is a poor choice as a manager. She lacks leadership skills as well as good communication skills. There were many red flags about her during the hiring process from having a minor filling out an I-9 form (yes, the part the employer typically fills out to verify documents received to verify citizenship). I had to go in the store because my child had no clue what was supposed to be put on the form. She never even looked at the documents because they went back to the car with me. The list goes on. Horrible attitude!
