A nice, wonderful store. With good items to be purchased. The service is not acceptable, there was employees at the door as I enter was not greeted, i asked for assistant i believe the lady I asked to assist me was management and she was rude on the phone as I was asking her questions about ladies sizes.
I had to find the items that I was looking for myself. And at the time she checkedme out, her focus was on the phone call.
I purchased 8 different outfits selected one, wasn't the right size.
I bought it for a return or exchange, the same cashier/employee was there with no concern or compassion excitement to help search for a different outfit or a different size.
My patience is short. I saw no concern to help me search for a different size or a different outfit. I decided to ask for a refund. She claimed they didn't have enough money, take it to a different store.
I believe it's a good story in it.In a good location and like I say , have outstanding stock of items to be purchased , it's just the employee

With employees like that, this location do need to be shut down. Closed. Hate to say cause It's a nice place for people in the neighborhood if they shop there.
Came across a rainbow store located closer to my neighborhood. I was welcome. I was greeted, got you the cashier, with a different employee continued to have a smile and a pleasant visit.

Mesquite. Good selection. Trendy. Whoever the buyer is does a good job. Same with pleasant Grove. Perfumes are nice too.

This Rainbow tends to get a bad rap because, but when I tell you they have better items than any other Rainbow I’ve been to. Cute updated styles. The staff is so nice and helpful. For on fashionista to another you have to check it out !! I drive an hour to come to this one !!

Store should be closed. Went in there and the air conditioner was off! The workers had to work in extreme heat! Shame on management

Zero out of ten don't recommend. Came in on Saturday and Nakevia had the worst service. Nothing was warm or welcoming barely answered questions and just left me bag all rudely on the counter as I was checking out. When I asked her name she didnt even give me eye contact. Terrible service.

Don't even waste your time went at 6:50 pm doors are locked went at 7:30pm doors were lock but it says they don't close until 8:pm...They just close whenever they feel like it

Nice clothing selection but I give it a 1 star and I DO NOT recommend. 1 lady was nice but the other 2 kept gossiping loud about people and customers. The skinny light skin lady who looks like she pregnant has absolutely the worst, snobby attitude ever. She kept looking at this customer up & down, cutting her eyes being extremely ghetto and rude to that particular customer. She should remember that is what run business away so a store will lose out on money. The money that goes to her pay check.

One of the ladies convinced my mom to get a size small for a Pink Fitted dress. She was purchasing a medium and decided to get the small instead. She tried it on today and it didn’t fit properly. She asked me, her daughter to go back and return to get a medium/large.I saw a couple of cars outside the Rainbow (camp wisdom) and as I went to open the door, it was locked. I looked on the doors and windows to see the store hours BUT THEY ARE NOT POSTED. I put my face on the glass, and saw this black lady with a scarf on her head yell to me “WE DONT OPEN TIL 12” she seemed to be very agitated.. I said Thankyou and got in my car and drove off.It is 11:57am and I am at the Desoto location waiting for them to open.I told my mom, I will exchange the dress somewhere else cause I don’t deal with poor attitude, bad customer service, or anything negative when I’m a paying customer. I got onto my mom about going to the Camp Wisdom Rainbow in the first place! It’s ghetto. And who wears a scarf/bonnet to work ???

First time coming to the store I love the clothes the shoes It's a beautiful place inside Great prices.......? But the customer service was terrible The manager that was there Working On sunday 3/5/23 she was mad or having a bad day She had the ugliest attitude I wish I would have got her name If you're working at a business you're supposed to be happy smiling and greeting the customers That's a bad thing about hiring employees that feel like they get to Comfortable and they think they're at home?
