First time going to this store looking for a pair of cowboys pants and they didn’t have the size I needed. I figured since it’s a western store it would have a size 38 Levi’s or Wrangler but most of the common sizes were out of stock. Personnel was friendly but didn’t knew when they would be receiving the size I was looking for. Also their prices seems to be high. I ended up finding the pants I wanted at Cavenders, they have multiple colors available as well as sizes

Horrible service !! It’s embarrassing that they don’t allow you to look around in peace and see the different stuff they have because they want to follow u constantly and fix everything little thing you do . As u look around moving maybe a pair of jeans to see the different styles someone goes around following you to “fix” them saying you’re making a mess.

Fast and Friendly customer service ❤️ Definitely will be back ❤️✨Just a side note ya’ll should consider more female plus size friendly clothings. My husband purchased a few items but I couldn’t because all the females clothes was xs-MBut other then that the customer service was spot on and madw our experience amazing!

Our son needed boots for work he wears a size 15 and up so instead of Cavenders we went here, they not only had what we needed they were super attentive and helpful. I think every employee asked if we were ok did we need help finding anything, it was awesome and Cavenders will not be my go to anymore, not first anyways! Thank ya'll for helping our son find his work boots!!!!
