Brian was phenomenal! He was kind and super helpful. We felt seen and cared for. Took my mom in to buy a replacement pair for her birthday and Brian went above and beyond to assist. Manny was great as well!

Visited during a busy Saturday to repair the lens of my Aviator sunglasses. I was expecting something like a 7-10 day turnaround; however, Kelly was able to replace the lens in less than 5-minutes! Thank you Kelly for your help!

Recently as of 3 days ago received my Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer sunglasses with a case that stopped charging on the 2nd day, thought I could get assistance at the Rayban store at Northpark Mall. The attendant immediately referred me to sending in the case or glasses and using the warranty without troubleshooting the issue. Very poor decision skills in navigating if it’s a user issue or defective item. Basically wasted my time. There were no customers in the store. This was Sunday 7/13 at 215pm

Store manager I believe her name was Kelly gave me five star service. My purchase was five dollars. She really helped me out. She took care of me like a customer buying $1000 worth of items. Very nice people.

I recently bought meta glasses from north park store and even though there was some issues with my prescription, I still got excellent customer service experience. They made sure that I was happy with the result. Polite and knowledgeable staff. Thanks guys!

There is honestly nothing I can say about the store to better improve the experience. It was absolutely top-tier. I had an issue with a pair of glasses and I had no other option to go with because I had thrown away a lot of of the information needed to trade in. The manager was quick and extremely patient with me and changing out my glasses. She was so sweet and polite. They don’t know how much I truly appreciated that. Will be going back in the future.

Recently bought some new meta glasses for my content creator life. I bought them directly at the store and had them shipped to where i would be staying in Oklahoma and was promised a expedited shipping. The morning that the glasses were supposed to arrive I got notified that they had been rerouted back to the Ray-Ban store. I never requested them to get rerouted! In fact I was needing them that day for content creation and studio time that I had already spent money on! We had to cancel all our plans and fly back to Dallas because UPS said they had been delivered already. Mind you me and my fiancé travel for a living and make content and music is our stream of income. We had no more business in Oklahoma since all our plans had to sadly get cancelled. So anyways we get back to Dallas and when go back to the store they inform us that they sent it back to UPS to send to us in Oklahoma! Who keeps rerouting our package without permission! This should be a crime! Now we have to be in Vegas in 2 days where we have to work and there is no way we could possibly even think about chasing a package back to Oklahoma. At first the employees were saying how truly sorry they were and even advised us to go to the ups warehouse before it gets shipped out again! So here we go again on this wild goose chase! We get to the warehouse where it’s supposed to be! Just to be told that they have no package because it shows already delivered! So we call this Ray-ban store while at the ups warehouse and they say there is nothing they can do and proceed to hang up without saying bye! All they said is “we are too busy right now”.. this is beyond insane. $400 glasses are ghost and lost in space!

I had a issue with my Ray Ban glasses and I called the North Park Location and I had Manny assist me with the issue that I was having with my Ray-Bans he asked me to come into the store and I actually got the best customer service from him he was able to take care of my return Ray-Bans that had an issue with and took care of me with no cost and gave me his best customer service. Customer service goes a long way 5 stars for you guys!

Brian is definitely a key player at Ray-Ban Northpark because he performed an amazing presentation of the Meta RayBan which resulted with me purchasing them! He was so knowledgable and charismatic! Thank you Brian for helping me make the decision to purchase these so much more easier!

I recently went to a RayBan store in Las Vegas and had a great experience there the staff were professional and helpful. I purchased a pair of Meta glasses with transition lenses, but after using them in the sun, I realized the transition wasn’t dark enough to make the extra $120 worth it. The salesperson in Vegas told me I had 30 days to return them if I wasn’t satisfied, which gave me peace of mind.
However, when I visited another Ray-Ban location (this one) to exchange them (after driving 8 hours just to get there), the experience was completely different. The employee I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me I couldn’t return the glasses, contradicting what I had been told before. Every time I asked a question about my options, she responded with negativity or even laughed, which felt really disrespectful, especially with other customers around.
At one point, it even felt like she was making comments that implied I was trying to avoid paying or doing something wrong. No one should feel embarrassed or judged for trying to return or exchange a product, especially when they’re just trying to make sure their money goes toward something they’re happy with.
This experience left me really disappointed. I now plan to try returning the glasses online, since there isn’t a Ray-Ban store where I live. It’s frustrating that after making such a long trip, I was treated that way. I still love the brand, but I hope Ray-Ban takes this kind of customer experience seriously because moments like this can really change how people feel about where they spend their money.
