The pharmacy is a joke. My wife had knee surgery today, the prescription was sent over yesterday. Told me I needed to get out of line to get behind the car already behind me because they have a no wait policy. I asked was the prescription ready since it was sent the day before, he lied told me it was sent today and I said that made no sense because she just had surgery. Now I'm sitting behind the car that was behind me WAITING.... I see why I love CVS way better service.. The last time to fill a prescription at Walgreens, total joke...

Who ever Jonathan is (says he is the assistant manager) is so RUDE AND SHOULDN'T BE A MANAGER. I was asking him questions and he was just being rude from the start. Didn't speak just asked me what did I need. He shouldn't be a manger acting like that.

I appreciated the gentleman working in the pharmacy. He took out time to explain my situation with clarity. He could not help me with product but he helped me with information. Thank you. To the cashier working at the front of the store, thank you for keeping the line moving even tho you had a customer waiting for change. I appreciated you as well.

All the comments I’ve read are on point. I experience the same customer service, or lack there of, as everyone else. The pharmacy is always closed and when they are open, like now, I’m writing this review as I sit at the drive through window, they take forever to acknowledge you, let alone help you. This is my second time coming today. First I had a prescription that was sent in yesterday and supposed to be ready yesterday, but they sent me a text saying there was a delay because of a problem with my insurance…..wait what? I DONT EVEN HAVE INSURANCE!!! So I called them this morning to tell them I’m not sure what problem you can possibly be having but i don’t have any insurance!! So they told me script would be ready by 9:30am. I got a text at 10:30 saying it was ready. Got to pharmacy at 12:30 and my script was NOT ready!??♀️ I showed them my text that THEY text ME saying it was ready. So then it took them another 15 min to get it ready. At that time, I gave them a new prescription to fill and they text me to say it’s ready. So I’m back here again today and I’ve been sitting at this window, not just in line, but AT THE WINDOW and it’s been now 20 min smh. All I can say is we have to do better in our “hoods”. Customer service is key and important and even though this isn’t the best neighborhood, we’ve gotta do better and hire peop that take pride in their job

This Walgreen always let's the phone ring. The auto system picks up and puts you on hold then someone comes on says Walgreen and puts you on hold without waiting on any response and then they leave you there. They just do it over and over until you hang up.

These people place you on hold with that horrible music for at least an hour.Then, they hang up on you after all that waiting. Everyone in that pharmacy needs to be terminated! Don't waste your time calling them.

Worse shopping experience I have ever had in any Walgreens.. The cashier was so rude disrespectful.. I was just trying to get my purchase done right but this older lady was just so disrespectful....this happen at the 1060 W Camp wisdom Rd location

The Walgreens Pharmacy at Polk and Camp Wisdom is the WORST pharmacy I've EVER dealt with. Forget receiving high quality customer service when asking questions. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by helping you. I would STRONGLY suggest another store or company all together. So sick of the unprofessional services....

Pharmacy is always closed! I went three times within five days and they were shuttered closed . I called ahead to make sure they were open on the third day and was told they would be open till 9:00PM, their posted business hours. I showed up at 2:20pm and they were closed already. I spoke with the manager on duty and she said that they had to close at 3:00, not even realizing that it was only 2:20pm. The only response the manager provided was to call 1-800-WALGREENS and file a complaint.I don’t understand how the pharmacy, the primary function of Walgreens, can be closed all the time! For something as important as life saving medication, you would think they would manage this better. DO NOT MAKE THIS LOCATION YOUR PRIMARY PHARMACY. You will not be able to get your medication, you will only get shrugs and apologies.It’s a shame because the associates that work in the checkout and grocery departments are very nice people.

This pharmacy has poor customer service. You can be waiting 30 or 40 minutes in line before anyone gets to you. Not only that but you would think with all that wait you’d atleast get a polite and pleasurable person once they get to you. But most of the time that’s not the case. I hope they get better at the customer service soon.
