This is the second time I use the pick up service at Tom Thumb Preston and Forest.
First time the service was brand new. It took forever to get my order. I thought it was because the service was new.
Today 01/14/2020 I placed a small order in the morning to be picked up between 2-3 pm. I went to pick up the order at 4:45 pm. Parked at space #3 and called for service.
Mr. Pablo Gama Torres, assistant grocery manager answer my call and said he would have my order out shortly. 15 minutes later the order was not out. I called back and there was an argument going on between a the lady that answered the call and Mr. Pablo Gama Torres. It still took 5 extra minutes for him to get out. ( BTW, I had a baby crying in the car, and I could have gone in to get the grocery myself and be out before the the service was taken care of.
Mr. Pablo Gama Torres came out apologizing that “they have him running all over the store”. Well, it is really not my problem, I do not accept his apologies, and I also want my money back for the groceries I purchased. I am going to call headquarter because Mr. Becker the store manager is on vacation.
This morning, I picked up from Walmart, it took 5 minutes to get the order out.
I guess I will continue using Walmart from now on.
