They need to bring Johnathan back...I don't like the new manager and her new assistant. When we go pay, we don't ask for change back, we put it all down, who keeps our change and then puts it on our next payment when we notice what they did wrong, I had never had a problem when Johnathan was there, so I don't go make my payments in person no more, I rather pay online instead

I ordered a PlayStation 5 for my son for his birthday. I paid what was requested online and at the time of purchase, no additional information was given at the time of purchase. Signed my agreements and even scheduled my delivery date only to receive a call later on that day to tell me I had to put an ADDITIONAL $200 down for the PlayStation. Where was that information at time of purchase? NOWHERE!! Waisted my time and now I’m very disappointed. I don’t want to EVER deal with Rentacenter. I had plans to pay the PlayStation off in a month and purchase a washing machine and dryer. They can forget it now. This situation could have easily been fixed if Rentacenter would have been accountable for their error! To add insult to injury, as soon as my order was cancelled, the PlayStation was gone which made me believe that was planned all along!!! Probably was looking out for somebody they knew!
