The best place to stay good staff.we have a wonderful manger Mrs sandy is the best she always there to listen and she always there with a snack for everyone and all of the maintenance are wonderful but eddy works so hard for us ..I like cause if you put in a order something needs fixing in your apartment we don’t have to wait until the next day they comes to fix it same day .our bus driver takes us to store every Wednesday and we buy groceries and he sit patiently for us .we have plenty of time to shop.mrs sandy have dinner for us down though the year mother day,Christmas,thanksgiving .we have pool parties.you will love staying here.what senior living resident does all that .me and my husband love staying here we been here for 8 years.i love my neighbors we are one big family.we have a bus driver that makes our day he funny he keeps us laughing even when we don’t feel our best

On a recent visit to Residence at the Oaks I was again so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the residents. The management team is led by Sandy Martin (no relation), the best property manager I've ever met who knows and cares for each and every resident, evidenced by the relationship they have individually and as a community. It truly feels like family and home. This property is so beautifully maintained and one of the nicest communities I've ever seen.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this senior apartment community and the outstanding management provided by Sandy Martin. From the moment we first toured the property, Sandy made us feel welcome, valued, and completely at ease. She is not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive to every resident’s needs.
The community itself is beautifully maintained, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed for senior living. The amenities are top-notch, and there’s a true sense of safety and community here. What really sets this place apart, though, is the leadership. Sandy goes above and beyond every single day. Whether it’s organizing events that bring residents together, quickly responding to resident needs, or just checking in with a smile, her dedication shines through in everything she does.
Thanks to Sandy, this place feels more like a warm and welcoming home than just an apartment. If you’re considering a senior apartment, I highly recommend this one. Make sure to ask for Sandy!

The leasing staff is very polite, kind and patient with the elderly. They are also knowledgeable about the apartments as well as the community. The maintenance staff is always prompt and empathetic to the needs of the elderly. My Grandmother loves it here. I always recommend this complex to my friends.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful apartment complex recently, and I was so impressed with how welcoming and well-kept everything was. The landscaping was lovely, the units looked spacious and clean, and the entire community had such a peaceful, inviting feel to it.
A big thank you to Mrs. Sandy, the property manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel right at home and took the time to walk us through all the options and answer every question with genuine care and patience.
I especially appreciate how she helped me show my dad what could be a great new place for him in the future. Her kindness made all the difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about the residents and their families.
If you’re looking for a friendly, well-managed community, this is definitely a place worth considering!

I can’t say enough good things about Residence at the Oaks! From the moment you walk in, the community feels welcoming and secure — perfect for anyone 55 and older looking for peaceful, independent living. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained, and the apartments are thoughtfully designed with walk-in closets, modern countertops, and spacious patios.
What really sets this place apart is the staff. They go above and beyond — always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any issues. Whether it’s maintenance or the front office, they genuinely care about the residents.
The amenities are amazing for the price — there’s a 9-hole putting green, a swimming pool, fitness center, and even a community garden. Plus, they host regular activities at the clubhouse, which really helps bring everyone together.
My family and I feel at ease knowing there’s a great balance of independence and community. Highly recommend Residence at the Oaks if you’re looking for a safe, affordable, and enjoyable place to call home in Dallas.

I've lived here since January 20th 2016. Sandy- great managerEddie- best maintenance guy, never had to wait for him to fix any problems.He has trained Alberto very well.Property is manicured well. Overall I give it a 5.

I have lived at the Residence at the Oaks for four years. It is the best apartment complex in Dallas. The manager, Sandy and her staff are nice and always willing to help. She cares about her residents and provides a van for their grocery shopping and doctor 's appointments. I will always live at the Residence at the Oaks, it's home for me
