They moved a bunch of stuff around, so the signs aren't correct, and they really need more cashiers up front. I spend more time waiting in line to check out han I do getting two cart's full of stuff.

Before I head to any Restaurant Depot location, I always call ahead to confirm that they have the items I'm looking for. When I called this location, an employee named Martha answered the phone, and had a terrible attitude, as if she disliked her job. I don't understand why they hire people without customer service experience. I hope she doesn't treat customers like that in-store.

Shame on these owners. Continually short staffed, with on average only 2 to 3 cashiers most days. HVAC has not worked in forever. So cold to where I can almost see my breath inside the building in the winter, and no A/C in the hot Texas summer months. These owners out in California should be ashamed if themselves and the way they treat their employees at this location. I tried calling the headquarters, but they don't allow you to speak to a real person. You can only leave a message which is never returned.

So here’s the secret this was the 3rd delivery to Restaurant Depot today. My last delivery was here, and the secret is to have a late afternoon delivery on a Friday! Had a 5PM appointment the last appointment, they close at 6PM. I get there at 3:30PM and sat in the truck with the plan on checking in at 4PM. My Dispatcher calls say check-in asap! They are ready to go home and you are the last truck! MORAL OF THE STORY DELIVER ON A FRIDAY (or any afternoon) AFTER 3PM and YOU WONT WAIT LONG LOL

Drivers beware. Delivered on a Friday and was told they'd bring out paperwork. After 2 hours I was told the other shift had me unloaded in 30 minutes and went home without telling anyone I was still in dock. Set me up for 5pm dallas rush hour trucki.g but hey the warehouse guys made it home in time for thier weekend.

I go every day to this store and every time that I ask for help to find things that I need they so rude to me they never willing to help for anything I’m just asking them a simple question and they got mad of me, it seems like they always in a bad mood, horrible service!!!

Terrible service in the cashier area, the cashiers are not well trained to collect or they are always very distracted or drugged, every week I come and it's the same, more than half an hour of waiting per customer, depending on how to check the product number with the ticket, but they don't even know how to do that, why, the other day they charged me for a box when in reality it was only 1 piece, so check that they pay is the right thing to do, and then it's a shame they'll give you a refund
