Not many options for plus size. Consignment process is a joke and a waste of time. I took about 20 items for consideration. A man approved 6 or 7 but said the woman was at lunch and she would make final decisions. So I came back after lunch. She only accepted 3. Then I get an email 2 weeks later stating they won't try to sell any of them. And I an comeget them or they will dispose of them. Waste of my time and gas to go back there. Horrible customer experience.

As a Consignor do not deal with this company…. You will not get your money. They don’t pay their bills.

The clothes is over the top expensive, for what I understand, the owner uses the store to sell the items at whatever price they want, and the store gets paid a percentage only when they sell the item.Crazy, Unreasonable, I need non of it? ?Nobody needs this, I rather eat??

We went there hoping to find some great items and good prices. The prices are astronomical for the dated items. I've never ever seen these prices in any consignment shop around the country. Although the store is attractive and styled well, clothes are perfectly pressed and clean..to me it isn't worth it since the items are used and mostly dated. I personally would rather go to a sale rack at Saks. Just my well traveled shopping opinion.

Cleanliness 10/10Service 10/10Inventory 8/10Staff was friendly and attentive. Bought a cute dress more than half off that retails over $200. Don’t expect thrift store prices.

If you're looking to consign your clothes... this is not the place. I brought in almost like new 7 items & the woman found something wrong with everyone but one! Apparently they want items straight from the store!

Good pieces of clothing and accessories, but this is NOT a thrift store. It’s basically a Polo close out sale outlet with over 40% of the men’s section just being Polo branded. The merchandise prices are laughable at best and severely, ridiculously overpriced. Walked in, poked around, walked out. For example a well used pair of leather Cole Haan boots was $85! For WELL used boots! Better off going to purchase brand new items at these exorbitant prices.

This is an upscale resale shop, not really a thrift shop. Nice things. Clean store. Invisible staff. Pricey.

I received a warm welcome and personalized attention from the time I crossed the threshold. I just knew this was the place to fulfill my clothing needs, it didn't take long to find exactly what I was looking for and the tailor was available and completed the alterations in less than 10 minutes. The Customer service was excellent! I will be back.

I took 2 designer purses in for consignment. One a small one and a Brahmin purse in excellent condition. Neither had been used. Bought this year, The small one originally cost earlier this for $90, and Brahmin was gift last year which sold for $245 at Dillard's. I got a check for $30 in April w/no explanation what it was for. I just checked and they said that check was for the Brahmin. The small one sold for $32 and I will get a check for $16. I took 20 my husband's sweaters: St. Croix, Ralph Lauren, Neiman's and others which cost more than $300 (none of which were worn, all cleaned and they took two. They said the crew neck was not in style, the cable was too heavy for Dallas climate and made some excuse for the others. Most of them were bought in Dallas. They called a month later to tell me to come get them. I'll never use them again. I should have sold them on Elan Market. I'll never use them again.

The help is rude and mean. I was shopping. The new girl Emma was rude and very bipolar she needs her meds and is a complete psycho. I will never shop here again. I went to school with Brandy and Dee Dee they were great friends. But Emma is a total psycho.

I was so impressed with the variety of merchandise and especially the excellent customer service. I had walked out of a similar store earlier in the day due to rude customer service. When I walked in to ReThreads, Nina immediately approached and greeted me with a friendly smile, and offered to help. She was available whenever I had questions during my visit and offered some great tips. I also highly recommend Jerry, the tailor in the store who does alterations. So if you are in need of nice clothes, shoes, or jewelry, go see Nina and also Jerry at ReThreads.

Their consignment department is horrible!!The Hispanic lady is so condescending.A few of my son’s designer things were taken but he was issued hardly nothing for them. I later browsed the men’s department and found clothing not as high end as his at high prices. I thought about getting my Caucasian sister in law to bring back the rejected things. The Hispanic lady is totally racist!! She must not realize that she’s barely one step above being looked down on! She truly needs to get a grip!!Will not shop or consign there again and will encourage my friends to follow suit.Wouldn’t even give this store a 0!!
