Right at Home has been a blessing to our family. This company is amazing. From the start they work with you daily, make sure needs are met 24/7. Kristi, Melissa, Kimberly, Tonya & Harley have become part of our family. Now, the caregivers - no words can give them justice. They come in and know exactly what to do and each one has bonded with my in laws. They cook for them, make sure the family is kept up to date on anything necessary. They make sure I know what is needed food wise, the personal hygiene items, etc. They are actually not caregivers they are “LOVEGIVERS”
Thank you RAH for giving my family a piece of mind to get through the day and go to sleep at night knowing that our parents are in safe & loving hands.

Right At Home was a FANTASTIC company to work with in regards to the care of my father during his final days. Speaking as an adult child living far away and not able to be present, this company put my heart at ease. They were able to shift gears at a moment’s notice to provide the kind of care my father needed, and the caregivers were so insightful and knowledgeable. They sought not only to take care of daddy, but to help the family as well.

RAH has been an integral partner in the care and day to day wellbeing of both my elderly parents. Since my brother and I reside outside the state, RAH has graciously stepped up to make sure my parents make all medical appointments, coordinating directly with their online nurse as well. RAH stepped up to the task when my parents needed door to door 24/7 care to attend my brother's wedding in CA; traveling with and staying on site for the duration. That service was seamless. They have my highest recommendation.

Wonderful care for my mom during a difficult
transition in our lives. The case manager and healthcare
providers were so kind and knowledgeable about her condition.
They also made sure that I was okay.

They have issues, imagine asked to come for orientation then after spending ur 3hrs you are told we cannot not hire you.....like who does that?? Very incompetent staffs

Right at Home was just what we needed to help us navigate the new world as we cared for an elderly parent. Their flexibility for last minute scheduling, willingness to find just the right fit for a caregiver and mostly, their true concern for our families well-being is what will keep me continuing to call to schedule help when the needs arise. They have a very thorough information gathering session to ensure all needs are met. From my experience, the caregivers have different approaches and strengths so it's important to work w/ a company that will continue to work with you and your needs based on feedback. Thank you RaH!

I've been using Right at Home for 2 years for my, now 94 year old, Mom. I'm very happy with them and the care they provide. They are very professional and efficient. I find them to be very receptive to feedback and very accessible. I can always speak to someone when necessary, even during after hours, which is a challenge with most other providers. I also appreciate that they take initiative and contact me when there are any concerns. I highly recommend Right at Home!

Excellent service. Zero concerns about our parents having coverage, even in ice storms and other difficult situations. Office is always quick to respond. Nearly all of the caregivers are very good to great, and when we had issues with one, they replaced her right away.

My mom had a stroke the first week of the pandemic lockdown (March 2020). During this time, we have had to travel through the Home Healthcare network. For the most part, this has been a stressful and frustrating journey until we found Right At Home. Right at Home has listened to mom's needs, provided excellent caregivers that are attentive, kindhearted and thoughtful. They have become a trusted partner to help us deal with the many facets of caring for a loved one with limited abilities. If any issues do arise, Right At Home is easy to contact and quick with a resolution. We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism of the caregivers, staff and owner.

When faced with getting home health care for a loved one, I hope you will be blessed with Right at Home. The staff is so caring and kind, and I can't say enough bought the ownership and Melissa. They give their all, care for the well being of the family. This is a hard time for everyone in the family and the compassion and care by Right at Home has made everything so much better.
