They don't answer questions or offer advice - not even if you offer to pay a fee. I'm very confident all the positive reviews are more than well-deserved. They should, however, make it more clear that they will only do business with very well established clientele that is ready to spend north of $50k for services. The people on the phone were incredibly polite but after calling them for a second time and being asked to leave a message again I realised I was calling the wrong level of service. This is a most upscale service - not for startups (check out some of the other reviews to see what I'm talking about). They should probably limit their advertising to word of mouth among those already making at least seven or eight figures. I compared them with other CPA services I found on Google and they are among the best (which explains turning away anyone who's just getting started). Other than that, make sure your business is making at least seven or eight figures before calling them AND make sure it's the FIRST thing you mention once you do call. I contacted this office for advice and looking for an accountant for financial advice. Mr. Allen informed me that he was not the type of accountant I needed, but still answered my general questions, and pointed me in the right direction. He didn't have to take the time to do that, but he did. While I cannot answer to his expertise, I will say he is ethical and helpful in general, and really, for an accountant, I would put high priority on that.

Ron has handled my IRS "stuff" for years and years---owned businesses/farm income,etc and have some complicated accounting items with trusts,etc and he has always done 110% for me. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.

One of the most horrible experiences ever. Ron Allen billed us around $160,000 to reenter bank information we could have paid an intern to do, what a horrible and costly bloody nose and life experience.

Ron Allen and his team of terrific accounts have been helping me with taxes for close to a decade. I've never had to worry if I missed a deduction or a rule from a new tax law. Ron and his firm is always well informed on current tax laws and rules. Being able to sleep through the night every night and be comforted knowing Ron and his team is on my side for taxation matters is well worth any money I could ever pay to their firm. Outside of their deep knowledge of expertise on taxes. Ron offers services in a way that shows he truly cares about his clients. The customer service is of high level! Always responding to my questions quickly. I really suggest anyone who values current knowledge of taxes, accuracy, and customer service work with Ron's firm. I'm a client for life!

I used to go with H&R Block for my taxes. This time I wanted to try someone else. The first day I came here. I was 100% trusted them. Today I came by to pick up my book. They told me they didn't have it because they handed to my husband on Monday. I asked my husband the same day if he had it. He said they were too busy to look at our files and my husband came home without the original book. That's why I came by on Wednesday to pick it up. Guess what? They told me they didn't have it. I was like... Really? My husband lost his mind? There was no reason for him to lie about this. I was really upset because I needed my book to do my property tax and franchise tax. I had no idea where was it. Anyway, Curt went in the office to look at my file. We FOUND it... OMG! I was happy at the moment. I forgot about I was upset for a second.
But here is the complain. I didn't understand why they didn't go in and look the first place? But they kept telling me they didn't have it over and over. You FORGOT you had my book! You should have apologize me once we FOUND it at least then we could move on. But you didn't and you turned me away at the last week of February....My first time having this kind of experience. Bad customer service:-( and this is my first time writing bad review.

GREAT Customer Service! I've used the accounting services of Ron Allen CPA, PC for close to probably 10 years now. I trust them with both my personal as well as my business taxes. And I feel they've always been fair with me on what they charge. David France is my designated Accountant and is wonderful about explaining things to me. (And he's patient because there are times I may ask the question more than once)! And Ron Allen has an extensive knowledge and also helps to answer questions when they may need a second set of eyes. I recently got married and so I'll have to file my personal taxes much differently but David has been terrific in making me feel more comfortable with the new process. Anyway, I just wanted to write and say "THANKS" to David & Ron...and keep up the great work!

Ron Allen and his team have been completing my business and personal taxes for over 13 years. They have stood by me during good times and bad times always graciously making sure my accounts and taxes are accurate and timely. Ron previously worked for the IRS and is very thorough and accurate. I trust them implicitly with all my accounting.
