I bought a Red Ryder BB gun for my son’s birthday, but I jammed after a few uses. After watching numerous YouTube videos and contacting the manufacturer, they advised me to return the gun due to a manufacturing issue. I called Rooster, and without any hesitation, they accepted the faulty gun and replaced it with a new one. The staff is so wonderful, I appreciate their great service and kindness! My son is the most happy ?

This is our favorite place to buy chicks! They get new breeds in weekly. It's always a treat to visit, and the gentleman who helped us was so kind with our kids!

I went in to see if they could help me with the little batteries that went into my key lock on my very old Honda. Neither key lock worked, so I was hoping that it was just the batteries. Mark took the time, had to use several screwdrivers to even get the top off, and did find my batteries and replaced both. I was so, so appreciative, since if I had gotten the batteries off of the shelf, chances are, I wouldn't have been able to get the back off to replace them. So nice and patient and friendly, and was so kind to help out. Thank you for your time and expertise and help! What a great place and great staff! Thanks again, Judy Hawkins

This place is GREAT! It has all the hardware and gardening needs you could want. If you want to buy only the one screw or bolt you need, you can. Don't have to buy a hundred. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean, inviting building. Kids love the place due to baby chicks and other kid-friendly stuff. There is no garbage in the parking lot, or addicts lying around in front of the store, like Home Depot, no creepy old country people or smelly day laborers, either, as with HD.
