Very bad customer service from everybody even the security guard, they did not wanted to help me look for my sweater that I lost with my wallet, I asked them to look at the cameras to see who took my my belongings and they did not helped at all to do that , manager said she called the police to make a report and the police never came, waited 30 to 40 mins and nothing, in other words they did not care period…
If anyone goes there just be careful because if you loose something just forget the help that they’re going to give you…

I was in line to purchase & wanted to leave my phone plugged in & got told I couldn’t use it by I’m guessing the security guard? “they’re not for customers”. Not sure why they’re there then?

Very racist. Opening a lawsuit. Banned for being trans. Falsely accused of shoplifting. Confronted her on video and she all of sudden let em shop and acted nervous. Here's the number to one of the store operator in attached image. Not even an apology or way to make it right. Nothing got resolved and that same lady working there.

Reporting this incident at 11:00a 11/26/24. As a paying customer recently purchased items at this location and went to my car and started having car issues, why waiting on tow to pick up my vehicle the store security came outside and stared me and my mom down like we were thieves. Seeing we were clearing having car issues and can’t move our car, he saw my hood was up not once did this fraud prevention guy asked if we needed help or anything but kept observing us like criminals. We felt so uncomfortable as women and with this behavior we will not be coming back to this location.

Checking out, then having to immediately show your receipt at the door is the most inefficient process I’ve witnessed this year. Why are you pissing off paying customers??! Like you watched me pay the cashier and watched the cashier bag the items but you want me to show my receipt and open the bag. Have a good day!!
