I actually wanted zero stars but the it won't post. Bought an item at another location 3 days ago. Faulty product, I told them it was broken so they wouldn't resale it. They refused my return because it was broken. Management needs a re up in training. Andrea refused to allow me to speak to another manager until I became angry. Just to be refused again from a product that again was sold to me,damaged.

This location didn't have a lot of women's clothing when I went, but the store was clean and organized. I did manage to find an absolutely AMAZING deal on a small designer crossbody!

This establishment requires immediate attention to enhancing the customer experience. When customers enter an establishment and are held up in a line with only one cashier, it is an unacceptable situation. Furthermore, the extended wait time is often exacerbated by the presence of a security guard and an employee who are not adequately managing the queue. Notably, the manager stands at the door while the young Caucasian female security guard is idle. It is imperative that ROSS takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.

It is horrifying to see from the outside. As I'm sitting in my car, how customers are being searched after they pay. And the lost protection guy is standing there and it's not enough now to look at the receipt. He's got to examine the items and go through the bags that is insulting and humiliating. I will never set foot at any Ross ever again. And I hope they go out of business.

1 st time at this location. Let me say this. I feel bad for the cashier. They only hand one cashier on register. The line goes around the corner. This is not a good experience all around. Management needs to step up on their staff.

You have to put the hangers up because they can’t do it. Give me the magnet remover too while you’re at it. Store was a mess, things were not where they belonged.

I have always enjoyed shipping at Ross. I have visited Ross stores in various states and in various countries. Up until now. I don't who suggested to implement checking receipts and bags when they are standing right in front of you watching you check out! Now they don't see anything in the bags cause they don't really look so I'm really confused as to how that's deterring anything? They really need to focus on hiring new buyers!! Ross use to be the place to shop especially for your house! Now it's hit and miss. The shelves are nearly bare!! The quality of goods have really decreased! I'm very disappointed in your stores!

Horrible experience the bald head loss prevention buddy , followed me around the whole store. As when I was in line the associate brought him some jeans with a lot of sensors in them… stop stereo typing and do your job correct !!!
