Clean store and great selections but all the employees seem very tense. You get harassed by the greeters/security who check your bag and receipt despite them being right infront of the cashier and being able to see exactly what they do and what they scan. Would not recommend visiting this location, seems like they dont trust their employees to do their job correctly. Very hostile and unfriendly environment

I love this place so much!!!!! Every thing I wear is literally from here. This place is a literal gold mine!!!! I got 7 really nice tops with no errors for $99 bucks!!! Thank you Ross for the good deals!!!!

I just happen to be in the area and also needed to buy a couple of items for my son. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a very hefty voice from loss prevention. They have on what is seemingly bulletproof vest, and they are at the front door greeting people. Clearly, Ross does not want people to have a warm and fuzzy, feeling walking into their stores. Upon checkout, I noticed that everyone that bought items before me was being checked by the loss prevention person. I then asked what was going on. I was then told that the loss prevention person had to check every receipt to verify that the cashier has scanned all the items and did not pretend to scan anything. The loss prevention person was literally 2 feet away from the cashier the entire time. Why do you even hire cashiers just let loss prevention scan everything for God sake. Why would any associate want to work in that environment? Why even hire people if you never trust them? The store is scarce with items and the environment is horrible. I would not recommend coming they might as well shut this one down. Horrible culture!

I love shopping at Ross Dress for Less! I always find the best deals on clothes, shoes, home decor, and so much more—it’s like a treasure hunt every time! Not only do I love the savings, but I also love that Ross gives back to the community by donating to charity. It feels great to support a store that not only helps customers save but also helps make a difference in the world. Shopping here is truly a win-win! I’ll always be a happy Ross shopper! 😊

One of the employees was rude while we were shopping on the men's section.. she screamed at us while we were looking at the clothes telling us that if we were going to see the pants to put them back on the hanger... we understand it makes there job easier but the way she said it was not the way I would want a customer to be treated.. I have worked at a retail store and I know how it is.. she came around and told us twice and we were comparing two different pants and we had it on the rack and my response to her telling us again was that I understand maam dont have to tell me twice.. please show more respect before you loose customers
