I’m giving them a 4 star instead of 5 because I always get charged a $20 fee extra in addition to the cost of whatever services I receive. I don’t understand why. Also, I have had to bring my car back THREE TIMES for them to get my alignment correct which is very inconvenient for me. Other than this I have had no issues with the service advisors. They are nice and helpful.

I honestly had a rough start with this collision center when my car first got towed to be worked on back in July but once Kevin came in as the manager and brought in Curtis and Taylor the whole process so much smoother especially given the circumstances they were dealt with from the prior workers. They worked very hard on my car and did the best they could to get my car back to me after not having it for so long. I'm very appreciative of Curtis and Taylor's customer service.

I took my car in for hail damage repair after they told me they are not backed up. I called after two weeks to get an update since my insurance agent said no one is answering her . They told me no one even looked at it yet. I went to pick up my car since I was paying out of pocket for a larger rental . For two weeks no one answered my call or put me on hold and hung up. I felt like they blocked my number because no one was answering when I kept calling. Very unprofessional and frustrating !

I had great service at Rusty Wallace Collision Center and will share the letter I just sent to Rust Wallace GM:I want to commend you on two of your employees, Tevin Smith and Kevin Willis, and on the wonderful service I recently received from Rusty Wallace Collision Center. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Tevin when I arrived. He was so personable, caring, and relaxed during the in-take. Tevin thoroughly detailed the turn key process involving their interaction with the insurance company prior to beginning the repair, and also detailed the approximate time of repair based on the extent of damage and the availability of parts. Tevin gave me continual updates. Tevin’s boss, Kevin Willis, Collision Manager, also had great work ethics. He reflected an admirable standard for detail, accuracy, and honesty. I’m very grateful for their high level of customer service. There’s a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere when employees are working together with common vision. Oh, and my repaired car looks GREAT.

Zero stars!!!! Made an appointment a week before and when I got here the person was not here and they excepted me too come another day! Poor service!!!

This place is awful. I had a reservation to get my car repaired and they called me the day before to let me know that they needed to push out the repairs at least 3 WEEKS!!! I went to David McDavid and they quickly got me in for my appointment and the service was great.

Brought my brother's vehicle to get repaired here since I've had good experience here years ago with my car repair. But this time it took them 1 month to get my brother's car repaired after I was rear ended while he let me barrow his car. They did a bad paint matching and when I told them they kept telling me that my brother's vehicle was too old and that was the best job they can go here. The guy kept trying to convince me that it's the same color but it's clearly not the same color they used a lighter paint than the original. Hopefully someone will see this and help me out.

I am always impressed by services Rusty Wallis provides. One of the reason why I visit them for all my car problems since 2015. I drive approximately 26 miles for car maintenance from them. In the recent incidence Collision center fixed my car. I have been very happy to see the car back and the quality of service they provided was good. Only I wished was to get it little faster but perhaps lack of parts in the market was to blame. And getting the original headlight back was a life saver. Thank you RW.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE! Rusty Wallace Collision Center has had my car for 2 1/2 months. Most of the time my car was collecting dust while waiting for parts. My biggest issue with this shop is the lack of communication. I had Angie and she was completely unhelpful 95% of the time. She never called to update me, I was the one always having to reach out to her. She told me near the end of September that my car would be ready. It’s now the middle of October and I’m barley picking up my car. The only time she called me was to tell me that my car was ready for pickup. She didn’t feel the need to tell me what forms of payment were acceptable. My car wasn’t cleaned as properly as it should have been on the inside, just vacuumed with a car wash. I did that to the rental car before I returned it. The supervisor told me that he wasn’t happy with his cleaning person & that no one “wants to work.” The mechanics did a subpar job. They tried to give me my car back with something popped out of the hood! They popped it back in but now something else is popping out. Absolutely ridiculous and subpar work.

My car was towed here after a collision. I have only received 1 phone call in 2 months. I've called every day and have been told; it's done and in paint; it's being put back together; now the door won't close; it's in paint; that they they are waiting on a wire expected in "today - so it should be finished tomorrow if we receive it". I understand parts are in short supply, that can't be controlled. Customer Service and communication however can be controlled. Do not take you car here unless you want to be without it for a few months.

Rusty Wallis did an amazing job on my Kia! I was able to drop off my car on 9/6/2022 and and few days later it was already in their hands. I appreciate the text update to inform their customer of the status of vehicle. I was able to click the link provided and see what day and time my car would be ready for pick up. No more than 2 weeks was my car ready to go and I am very grateful Rusty Wallis team took real care of it. I am a very happy customer and would recommend to others who are in need of a repair in their vehicle. I had a rental through Enterprise and lasted with the rental for a week and a day. The repair on my car was fixed no more than two weeks!!! Great place and great service.

Service seems great people are nice and friendly when YOU call them but they will not call you or keep you posted on your vehicle. They have had my car for 2 1/2 months for collision repair and throughout the whole thing have called me once to inform me the status and only after I called and asked I keep getting told it’s waiting on one part or another but no one can give me a estimate finish date . I had to pay outta pocket for 2 weeks of rental after 30 days in which the whole time I’m told “give us a call Friday we can tell you more and on fridays I was told nothing more 3 different Friday’s. Once I was quoted one thing then told by another person the female who told me was wrong and usually gives out false info. All said and done I’m still without a car and again waiting on a call back because no one seems to know what’s going on with my vehicle. I don’t recommend this place unless your have months to spare without your vehicleUpdate7/5/22 still waiting on my vehicle this place tells lie after lie about why my car is not done. Told last week had all parts just need to put together today told not put together waiting on a tow to goto service and parts again told all parts are in. I offered to order tow and they come up with more excuse never use them for collision repair Anthony and Billy do nothing but lie and give you a run around I don’t even trust the quality of work now that I’ve been deceived so much by the employees and funny how no one in charge tries to reach out only let employees handle everything I’ve asked to be called but get nothing horrible placeUpdate 7/11/22 Still waiting told today it’s still being put together then this and that has to be done and it will be 2 more days once again asked for Earl the manager and told he’s not answering his page but they’ll have him call which I’m still waiting on his call from weeks ago this place is a joke I highly do not recommend coming here I have also lost faith in the dealership and will not return to either

I have had so much trouble from this collision center!!!! If I could rate them a negative star I would. This experience has been an absolute nightmare and I WOULD NEVER return here nor would I purchase another vehicle from the Dealership as they wanted me to.1. Billy, the person who was working on my case stated they were going to cover my rental because the repairs to my vehicle still were not completed after the 30 days when I had to return the rental.2. The insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss and had to return the rental with the understanding that the collision center would be covering the additional days the rental was in my possession. About a week goes by and Enterprise is calling me stating Rusty Wallis Collision had not made payment. So I called Billy and he stated stated they would take care of it. A couple more days go by and a charge for $454 is placed in my card from Enterprise because the collision center never made payment as they stated they would. Enterprise went above and beyond to get their payment from the collision center even calling the other location (enterprise on northwest highway) to ensure they had the correct billing information. At that time it was discovered there account had not been active since 2/2022. Everytime I call there is always an excuse and the shop manager Earl ( because this is above Billy according to him) is either not their or he can’t take my calls or whatever excuse they come up with. This has been going on OVER A MONTH!!! When they believed the car was reparable they were willing to help me but since the insurance company deemed it a total loss they no longer are trying to help me like they said they would and make good in there word.3. Basically I was told since they lost money it’s not their problem. Since they have a deal with Allstate they are unable to charge for storage fees according to Earl so their is no way to recoup the money for my rental and I am stuff taking the loss and paying the bill.This is very unfair to me cause not only am I out of money but I also did not have a car. It’s very unprofessional to LIE to your customers and Avoid them. They absolutely get a negative star from me.
