Wish I could leave minus review. Worst experience ever! Spent multiple calls to get a quote on my 2023 BMW windshield replacement. Included make, model & VIN. Appointment was almost a week out. Installer came to replace, said what he brought was for a different 2023 BMW i4 windshield, really? Later they called me to get serial numbers off part. Asked them, didn't the guy take a phone picture of it? Then.... they said, not sure what the new price on the correct replacement will be over the $1000. quote they had already given me! Told them I should have listened to their google reviews of incompetence, I'll try someone else..

Horrible experience- I had to come in 3 different times to the inwood location in Dallas. First time the replacement windshield was damaged and no one bothered to tell me about it until I got there and had already taken the day off work. The second time the windshield was replaced incorrectly and couldn't be calibrated. The third time it was replaced and calibrated but the balance is $700 over what I was told. Now I can't get the price I was originally told and I'm having to fight with them about that. On top of all that everyone at that location is incredibly rude. This has been a horrible experience and I just want to be done with it. I want to pay the price I was told before I ever brought my car to y'all and be DONE!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

NEW HIRES TRAIN ON YOUR CAR!! I came in recommended by my insurance to replace my cracked windshield. They cracked the new windshield putting it on, saying their new hire pressed too hard and cracked the glass. Idk why they let new people train on my car. They also broke off my rain sensor, and said they'd replace it when they fix the windshield (for no additional cost) So they made me a second appointment 10 days later for them to AGAIN not be able to fix it (apparently paint was still wet from the first appointment but they scheduled me for that day anyway)?? So I wasted another 2 hours. Candice was my techician this time and her customer service was great, even given the unfortunate circumstances. Now I have to make a THIRD appointment with no guarantee they won't waste my time again because they wouldn't let me leave the first time without paying. No discount, nothing. Never taking my car back here. So far this has been a total waste of 5 hours and I'm out the money anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would. I first had my windshield replaced two weeks ago. The glass they used could not be calibrated to my car. At that time, I was told the price difference for the manufacturer's windshield was minimal and still under my glass deductible. That first service was supposed to take 3 hours. It took them 8, meaning with an 8:30 drop off I was without a car all day. I took the car back in for the new windshield yesterday at 8 a.m. Apparently, when you book online it defaults to "all day dropoff." What this means is not that you have the convenience of dropping off any time that day, but rather that Safelite can get to your car whenever the hell they feel like it, and they don't commit to even finishing by closing at 5. They stay late though to get you your car eventually. I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. They had not started it at 4:00 p.m., and the call that it was ready came after 6:00 p.m. Because I have a life, I had to wait til today to pick up. Then I find out they are charging $350 OVER my deductible, so now this trash work is on my insurance. And it was pouring rain, but I was told to go find my car in the parking lot. No pulling up front for an already inconvenienced customer. In short, these guys are TRASH. Do not take your business there.

0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy, not only did they get the wrong window 3 times but after I found a window and took it get replaced. It was noticed that my panel was missing bolts. My recommendation is AutoGlassNow, if you need to get your window fixed. Alfonso was very helpful though and I'm very appreciative of him.

My brand new windshield was hit by a rock- took it in for repairs and it looked better before the \\\"fixed\\\" it. Looks like some toik a hot glue gun to it. They made me sign a wavier stating is not for cosmetic appeal- but I would have gotten CLEAR RESIN from a walmart kit for 20$ instead of 150. Ruined my car will not EVER do this again unless its to get it replacesd which they will put my 150 towards a new windshield. Also, you can not actually call and contact a representative. Company standards are not up to quality After is the photo with truck! Literally no change and a huge white smudge- WHAT KIND OF QUALITY MATERIAL DOES THAT!?

My car was returned with a new windshield and a missing part. I am getting no help from the Inwood location. This is turning into a nightmare that could easily been avoided. DO NOT GO HERE.

Here on 7/13/23 for a replace my appointment was at 3 pm I got here at 248 pm and sin in give my key and ask them how long we'll it be there say from 2 to 3 hours and my car was still park in the front I asked them if I can go to the gas station real fast to get something to eat and dark by I wait there say no because they are about to take it back say ok and they never took it back there wat it 40 minutes and I asked them you say you guys was about to took it back but you didn't it took you guys 40 minutes to well, they said you're not the only customer here can I ask why can you give me my keys back to go to the station 5 minutes she just rolled her eyes very poor customer service

Awful awful terrible service. The location on Inwood in Dallas. First they ordered and installed the WRONG glass, so my front camera is sitting in my glove box. Then I'm driving home and starts to rain so I turn on my wipers THEY DON'T WORK. So I'm in the middle of a storm and my wipers DON'T WORK. Then they sent someone to fix the wipers only to find out they didn't put the bolts back on my wipers which is why they didn't work. Now I'm sitting 5 hours waiting for someone to fix them and your stupid customer service line DOESN'T HAVE REAL PEOPLE. This is the most trash and dangerous service I've ever received.

I had my windshield replaced mid-April and the manager sent/ordered the wrong window seal. The installer was excellent and he was able to at least get the window installed, it just does not look good aesthetically. He said the manager ordered a replacement and 7 weeks later…still nothing!! I have called multiple times and was assured a call back from this location and still…nothing!! They try to blame it on not being able to source the proper seal replacement, but I personally called the dealership and they were able to locate one within 2 days…. This Safelite location may need to look into a replacement of their current store leadership!

I have never seen a level of incompetence like this in all my life. To start off with, they damaged my windshield wipers regulators and failed to reconnect my washer fluid hoses after replacing my glass, leaving me with only a working driver's side wiper. After wasting a morning taking it back in for them to look at, they just sent me back home saying they needed to order replacement parts from the dealer. I had to hound them continuously for the next 2-3 weeks because they never followed up with me to make sure the parts were on order.Finally the day came for them to install the new parts. On top of that they ordered some of the wrong parts, after installing the new parts they DAMAGED THE REPLACEMENT and now BOTH of my wiper motors did not work. They then told me I would have to schedule with the dealership to get the part fixed. If they're that incompetent they could've saved both of us a lot of pain and had them do the repair to begin with instead of wasting FOUR HOURS of my day after FOUR WEEKS of delays.And on top of that, they never answered the phone when I tried to contact them to submit the paperwork to the dealership to get the work taken care of, so I had to actually speak to the corporate customer service so they could call the actual shop and get it taken care of. Even then, they never reached back out to me to confirm they had spoken to the dealership even after I demanded that they do so after the horrible service they had given so far. If I could give MINUS FIVE STARS I would.

Customer service at this location was great from start to finish! Management was responsive and helpful. Had the same Tech DeMarco from another location and he was just as awesome here as he was there. He ensured my issue was corrected. If I ever need a replacement again definitely will go to this location.

0 stars if possible. First, I canceled meetings to be here for the rep and waited until 5pm for them to cancel on me. Had to reschedule for them to fix a chip the size of a pinhead. The rep came out the next day to repair my windshield and he cracked it completely. Now my entire windshield is cracked and they want ME to pay to fix the damage their incompetent rep should be liable for. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use them!

I hate to leave a negative review but Safelite in Bryan TX has left me no choice. They were schedule to replace the windshield in my truck. During the installation their technician broke the bolt that attaches the windshield wiper to the wiper motor. They are claiming that they have no responsibility for this and that it was just normal wear and tear. Unfortunately my truck is now out of service because it does not have a driver’s side windshield wiper. Safelite refuses to offer any assistance in getting this repaired. Therefore I cannot recommend their service because if they break something on your vehicle they will not fix it.
